摘要: 实施方式涉及医疗技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有X射线显影功能的管材及其制备方法。该管材包括:芯层、外皮层和内皮层,芯层置于外皮层和内皮层之间;外皮层和内皮层由基础树脂制成;芯层包括:基础树脂和显影剂。实施例提供的具有X射线显影功能的管材的外皮层和内皮层为基体树脂层,不含有或含有少量显影剂,因此能为管材提供优良的内外表面质量和光滑的性能。避免了直接在显影管中添加大量显影剂所引起的表面凹凸不平、毛刺、麻点、焦粒等现象。

摘要: The invention relates to a composition comprising a) a polymer and b) (i) a phenolic metal salt of formula (I) M n+ (L - ) n wherein n is 1, 2 or 3, M n+ is a metal ion and L - is an anion of formula (II) wherein A 1 and A 2 are both -CH 2 -CH 2 -, -CH=CH- or -CH 2 - or A1 is -CH=CH- and A 2 is -CH 2 - or A 1 is -CH 2 -CH 2 - and A 2 is -CH 2 -, R 1 , R 2 , R 4 and R 5 are independently from each other C 1 -C 4 alkyl, R 3 is H or C 1 -C 4 alkyl, or (ii) a bisphenolic compound of formula (III) wherein A 1 , A 2 , and R 1 to R 5 are as mentioned above, wherein the amount of component b) is from 0.0005 to 0.9 % by weight based on the weight of component a). The phenolic metal salt of formula (I) or the bisphenolic compound of formula (III) stabilizes the polymer against oxidative, thermal or light-induced degradation. Further embodiments are also an additive mixture comprising the phenolic metal salt of formula (I) or the bisphenolic compound of formula (III) and a further additive or a process for adding the component b) to the polymer, for example in an extruder.

摘要: The invention relates to a profile made from a polymer composition comprising a first polymer and a second polymer in a predetermined ratio such that the polymer composition has a predetermined flexural modulus and temperature resistance, and the invention relates to a spirally wound hose made from the profile. It is part of the invention that the profile wall thickness of the hose is reduced while an optimal value for the flexural fatigue is maintained when compared to the common wall thickness of current hoses, such that the hose of the invention has a reduced weight while the memory of the hose is maintained at an optimal value. The invention further relates to a polymer composition comprising a first polymer and a second polymer in a predetermined ratio such that the polymer composition has a predetermined flexural modulus and temperature resistance. The invention also relates to a method for making a polymer composition comprising a first polymer and a second polymer in a predetermined ratio such that the polymer composition has a predetermined flexural modulus and temperature resistance, said method providing for example the polymer composition for manufacturing the profile of the invention.

摘要: 本发明公开了一种BOPP消光膜及其制造方法,涉及消光膜及其制造方法领域,该BOPP消光膜包括A、B、C三层,其中A、C层为表层,B为芯层,表层A的第一原料包括氯化聚乙烯、第一聚乙烯、第一聚丙烯、第一抗氧剂以及防粘剂,芯层B的第二原料包括纯聚酯消光剂、滑石粉、第二聚乙烯、第二聚丙烯、第一抗静电剂以及第二抗氧剂,表层C的第三原料包括聚苯乙烯、环氧树脂、热稳定剂、第二抗静电剂、第三抗氧剂、第三聚丙烯以及消光母料。此外,该制造方法简单、在制作过程中先对原料进行过滤去除杂质,制造出来的产品美观,消光性能好,消光稳定性能强,通过对产品进行二次拉伸能够降低产品的厚度,使用效果更好。
