Abstract: A base station distributed unit receives packet data convergence protocol, PDCP, packets of a radio bearer. The base station distributed unit transmits, to a wireless device, the PDCP packets via the radio bearer. The base station distributed unit initiates a bearer release procedure comprising transmitting, to a base station central unit, a first message comprising a first data radio bearer identifier of the radio bearer to be released. The base station distributed unit receives, from the base station central unit, a second message confirming release of the radio bearer by the base station central unit. The base station distributed unit receives, from the base station central unit, a radio resource control message for the wireless device. The radio resource control message comprises the first data radio bearer identifier. The base station distributed unit transmits, to the wireless device, the radio resource control message.

Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, a radio resource control, RRC, release message comprising a measurement configuration for one or more measurements by the wireless device while the wireless device is in an RRC inactive state and a small data transmission, SDT, configuration of a SDT procedure for transmission by the wireless device while the wireless device is in the RRC inactive state. While the wireless device is, based on the RRC release message, in the RRC inactive state, the wireless device initiates the SDT procedure based on the SDT configuration and does not perform, during the SDT procedure, measurements associated with the measurement configuration.

Abstract: A wireless device receives one or more messages indicating: a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration associated with a multicast transmission, and a second PUCCH resource for a second SPS configuration associated with a unicast transmission. A transport block (TB) is received based on an activation of the first SPS configuration. Feedback information for the TB is transmitted via the first PUCCH resource selected, from the first PUCCH resource and the second PUCCH resource, based on the TB being associated with the first SPS configuration.

Abstract: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters. The configuration parameter may indicate that a first logical channel of a bearer, configured with duplication, is associated with a first transmission reception point (TRP) of a base station. A determination is made that at least one first transmission power for the one or more first uplink signal based on the allowed total transmission power. The at least one first uplink signals with the at least one first transmission power are transmitted.
