Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an apparatus of a user equipment (UE) may determine a set of inputs to a neural network configured to predict radio frequency channel conditions or a user context associated with the UE. In some aspects, the set of inputs includes historical data related to a wireless environment, a communication pattern, or a behavior pattern associated with the UE. The apparatus of the UE may determine, using the neural network and based at least in part on the set of inputs, an optimal number of aggregated carriers to maximize one or more of a power parameter or a performance parameter. The apparatus of the UE may communicate using the optimal number of aggregated carriers. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for communicating using power control parameters for multiple transmitter receiver point (mTRP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a sounding reference signal (SRS) configuration indicating at least a first SRS resource set and at least a second SRS resource set, receiving downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a first set of one or more PUSCH repetitions to a first TRP and a second set of one or more PUSCH repetitions to a second TRP, and transmitting the first and second sets of PUSCH repetitions using at least one of a first set of default power control parameters or a second set of default power control parameters.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) includes a processor configured to: send a first signal but not a second signal in response to the first and second signals being scheduled for concurrent transmission and available power for transmission of the first signal for the concurrent transmission being insufficient for detection of the first signal, the first signal being a first radio access technology (RAT) positioning reference signal; set a power sharing mode of the UE to a static power sharing mode; indicate that the UE is in a single-uplink operating mode with respect to the first RAT and the second RAT; and/or select a second-RAT TRP, for receiving the second signal, that has a maximum UE transmission power no greater than a threshold power in response to the initiation of the positioning session.

The method further includes for each unsuccessful transmitting of the at least one of the RACH preamble or the MsgA: responsive to a number of unsuccessful transmissions of the at least one of the RACH preamble or the MsgA being below a maximum number of transmissions: transmitting (1005) the at least one of the RACH preamble or the MsgA at a revised transmit power level; and logging (1007) the power measurement parameter associated with the transmitting of the at least one of the RACH preamble or the MsgA at the revised transmit power level.

Abstract: A wireless device receives message(s) comprising one or more configuration parameters. The power headroom report computed based on a pathloss estimation of the pathloss reference signal is transmitted.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a wireless communication device selecting an uplink (UL) power level for an initial message in a random access procedure. For example, the wireless communication device may receive, via a transceiver, an indication that indicates an UL power level calculation technique to use for a random access procedure. The wireless communication device may further determine an UL power level for an initial message in the random access procedure using the UL power level calculation technique. The wireless communication device may further transmit, via the transceiver, the initial message for the random access procedure using the UL power level.
