Abstract: Cross scheduling of a component earner for vehicle sidelink communications may be achieved by explicit configuration, implicit configuration, or a combination thereof. A user equipment, UE, may be configured with a resource pool configuration, for example, pertaining to multiple resource pools, resource group partitions, and/ or component carrier groups. The UE may be configured to use fields such as a Carrier Indication Field and/or a Carrier Group Indication Field contained in a Physical Sidelink Control Channel, PSCCH. The UE may use the resource pool configuration in combination with where the UE is able to decode the PSCCH, with or with the C1F and/or CG1F, to determine a scheduled Component Carrier, CC, for sidelink communications.

In another example, there may be downlink control related configuration for broadcast and groupcast transmission with details of the BWP configuration, the CORESET configuration, or the search space configuration.

Abstract: An electronic device including a transceiver to communicate with a network; and circuitry. The circuitry is configured to perform beam failure detection on a monitored cell; detect a beam failure on the monitored cell; determine at least one new set of candidate beam reference signals (CB-RSs) from at least one set of CB-RS configured for the device; determine if any CB-RS in the at least one new set of CB-RSs meets a criterion, and in a case that any CB-RS in the at least one new set of CB-RSs meets the criterion: select a beam corresponding to a CB-RS in the new set that meets the criterion as the new beam, and indicate the selected new beam to the network; and in a case that no CB-RS in the new set of CB-RS meets a criterion, indicate to the network that no CB-RS in the new set meets the criterion.

Abstract: A first apparatus including a processor; and a memory storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the first apparatus to: receive, from a second apparatus, information including Discontinuous Reception (DRX) configurations, wherein one of the DRX configurations is a first active DRX configuration and other DRX configurations are candidate DRX configurations; perform Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) monitoring in accordance with the first active DRX configuration; monitor signaling from the second apparatus for an indication that is used for adapting the first active DRX configuration; receive from the second apparatus an indication for adapting the first active DRX configuration into a second active DRX configuration; based on the indication for adapting the first active DRX configuration into the second active DRX configuration, adapt the first active DRX configuration into the second active DRX configuration; and perform PDCCH monitoring in accordance with the second active DRX configuration.

Abstract: Multicast/Broadcast Service (MBS) for user equipments (UE) in Radio Resource Control (RRC) idle/inactive modes via signally of MBS frequency ranges and/or switching between frequency ranges as required. Bandwidth Part (BWP) operation for MBS in RRC IDLE and RRC INACTIVE states may be implemented using a dedicated MBS BWP or by sharing a frequency range with other operations. An MBS frequency range may be wider or narrower than an initial BWP used by a UE, for example. MBS frequency range configure may be achieved in a number of ways, such as via Control Resource Set (CORESET), search space, and/or PDCCH monitoring occasions pattern settings for MBS in RRC idle/inactive. Downlink scheduling without dynamic grant for MBS in RRC idle/inactive may include configured scheduling and/or semi-persistent scheduling.
