본 발명은 연립형 건축물의 단위세대구조에 관한 것으로서, 각 단위세대가 상호 교차하는 복층 세대를 갖도록 하여 조망 또는 일조조건이 향상되고, 3층의 단위공간이 하나의 복도를 공유하여 출입이 가능하도록 이루어져 공용면적의 사용이 감소되며, 이에 따라 엘리베이터와 같은 부대시설의 사용, 유지, 관리 비용이 절감되는 연립형 건축물의 단위세대구조를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 연립형 건축물의 단위세대구조는 다수층으로 이루어지며 다수의 단위공간이 서로 연결되어 독립된 단위세대를 이루는 연립형 건축물에 있어서, 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4단위공간이 서로 인접하게 배치되는 중간층과, 상기 제1단위공간과 내부계단으로 연결되는 제1상층 단위공간 및 상기 제2단위공간과 내부계단으로 연결되는 제2상층 단위공간이 배치된 상층과, 상기 제3단위공간과 내부계단으로 연결되는 제1하층 단위공간 및 상기 제4단위공간과 내부계단으로 연결되는 제2하층 단위공간이 배치된 하층을 포함한다.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Hochhaus mit einem Treppenraum (38), einem Zuluftschacht (74), Einströmöffnungen (76), die den Zuluftschacht mit dem Treppenraum verbinden und einer Druckanlage zur Rauchfreihaltung des Treppenraums. Der Treppenraum ist durch mindestens einen Schott (58) vertikal in mehrere Teilräume unterteilt, und jeder Schott hat eine Tür, die eine Passage von einem Teilraum des Treppenraums in den benachbarten Teilraum ermöglicht.

The invention provides a method of building a building having a plurality of levels using. The building includes a plurality of building unit assemblies (2) wherein each building unit assembly is structurally self supporting and has at least one sidewall (4), a floor (8) and a roof (10), the method including the steps of: lifting the building unit assemblies (2) into position in the building so that each level of the building includes a predetermined number of units (2); connecting adjacent units (2) to one another in each level; and connecting units (2) in one level to corresponding units in at least one adjacent level that is vertically above or below the one level. In one form the building unit assembly (2) includes a building unit including two sidewalls (4) and (6) floor (8) and roof (10) with structural frame segments (16, 18, 20, 22) attached thereto.

A method to create a volume restricted climate zone in connection to flats admitting a stimulating and developing life in flats in at least two different house bodies, wherein a roof and side wall(s) are arranged between the house bodies to create said climate zone. The invention is characterized in that the ventilation and the regulation of the temperature in said climate zone are arranged to take place with the venti lation and the temperature control in the accompanying flats in such a way that heating, cooling and air exchange of the flats, to a biggest possible ex tend involve said climate zone, and that the carbon dioxide enriched out com ing air from the flats passes said climate zone, and that oxygen enriched air from said climate zone to a biggest possible extend is used as incoming air to the flats.

A rotatable building structure contains a vertical central core for supporting suspended floor units surrounding the core. An annular platform extends from the core at corresponding floor units for providing accessibility to and from the central core. The floor units contain a drive mechanism for rotational displacement. The wind load on the exterior side of each floor, and/or horizontal wind turbines that turn around the core but is a separate part of the floor itself, solar panels situated as a roof cover on top of each floor and A wind tool deployable from the floor unit provides alternative wind power assist for rotating the floor units.

The present invention relates generally to a method for designing and constructing buildings, such as a residential building such as an apartment building, a commercial lodging building such as a hotel, a capsule type building for sleep and rest, an office building and a commercial building, in two or more of pre-fabricated, environmentally friendly and communal manners. The method includes the steps of constructing a basic framed structure in a conventional manner, manufacturing a part or the whole of one or more houses as a unit in advance, inserting the part and the whole of the houses into said basic framed structure, and forming a variety of living spaces and environmentally friendly and traditional facilities beside its passageways. Accordingly, the costs and period of construction can be reduced and the custom-made interior and structure of the building can be provided.

New structural modality for multifunctional environments, considering a building (1) on which pavements a variety of multifunctional units (2, 3, 4, 5) are arranged, each one consisting of a residential space (10) and a commercial space (20). The access to each one of such spaces (10, 20) is done independently and through elevators (12, 22), stairs (13, 23) and halls (8B, 6R), with no direct communication between them. The invention also considers that switching between the commercial (20) and residential (10) spaces of a single multifunctional unit (2, 3, 4, 5) can be done through an internal door (not shown).

The invention relates to a frame structure of modular design, built with base solids (1, 2) that include gusset units serving for connecting the frame elements together, while at least part of the frame elements is designed as a covering element (5) of triangular shape. The characteristic feature of the invention is that at least part of the base solids (1, 2) are formed by regular pyramids of square base (11, 21) where the base edge length (a) of the base solids (1, 2) is 2.7 m. i.e. the integer multiple of 0.3 m, preferably either 2.4 m, 2.7 m or 3.0 m, while the ratio of the base edge length (a) and the height (m) of base solids (1, 2) is 3 to 2, and the corners (22) of the base (21) of an upper base solid (2) are connected to the apex (13) of lower base solids (1) each.
