La présente invention concerne un insert luminescent apte à être incorporé dans un élément de construction, comportant une matrice solide (16), transparente ou translucide, et au moins un matériau luminescent (18) dispersé dans ladite matrice solide, ledit insert définissant une surface externe (20). Le matériau luminescent est un pigment composite luminescent coloré, formé d'au moins un pigment luminescent et d'au moins un colorant. La présente invention concerne également un élément de construction comprenant au moins un tel insert luminescent.

The invention relates to a light guiding block consisting of a plurality of light-conducting rods (9) which are molded in a curable filler material, wherein the curable filler material can be filled in an at least half-open pan (3) for producing the light guiding block (1, 2), the light-conducting rods (9) being integrally formed as plastic injection-molded parts or plastic molded parts on surfaces (4-8) of the pan (3) which consists of a plastic that conducts light at least partially or in some sections.

본 발명은 사용처 실내공간을 외부외기의 영향을 받지않게 밀폐시키고 밀폐된 실내공간 외부주위로 단열공간을 설치하여 외부 외기의 실내공간으로의 유입이나 전도를 차단하면서 외장재 복층공간으로 햇빛가리개를 설치하여 실내공간으로 유입되는 태양 빛을 차단하면서 또한 햇빛가리개로 유입되는 태양의 복사열을 이용 온열 기를 생산하여 실내 난방을 하면서 또한 햇빛가리개 위로 복층 물 집열판을 설치하여 햇빛가리개로 축열 된 복사열로 온열 수를 생산하고 또한 실내공간으로 내 외기를 순환시키면서 음지 냉기와 남향 복사열 및 지하 지온을 순환시켜 냉난방을 하는 등의 친환경 건축공법에 관한 것이다.

In contrast to conventional cement- or polymer-bound cut stone, these slabs (A) contain not only aggregates which consist of a technically reasonable grading curve of fine, medium-fine and coarser grain sizes. Moreover, said slabs contain large-dimensioned transparent glass bodies (B) which extend from the slab front side to the slab rear side of the slab and ensure that light can flow from one side to the other side of the cut stone slab. The subject matter for which protection is sought relates furthermore to the technical solutions in order to maximize the intensity and optical attractiveness of the light flow by a light-scattering conditioning of the surfaces on the bottom or rear side of the incorporated glass bodies and by a light-reflecting coating of the boundary surfaces of the glass bodies on the side of the cut stone. The cut stone slabs according to the invention can be used in a versatile manner as individually prefabricated components, especially in interior construction.

A fenestration product such as a skylight or a window assembly is provided having a frame with a peripheral wall with a light transmitting central region and a plastic dome formed of a light transmitting material mounted to the frame. The plastic dome has a central region which transmits light, a downwardly extending peripheral wall extending about and mounted to the peripheral frame, and an outwardly extending flashing flange for mounting the assembly to a building structure. Various embodiments of the part illustrated include a skylight assembly having a frame formed of a plastic layer formed into an inverted 'U' shape cross-section forming an annular channel filled with insulating foam. A sealed, vertically mounted window unit is also disclosed. Other embodiments have an insulating layer of transparent plastic material spaced from the dome forming an enclosed, gas filled insulating region. Methods of forming and installing a fenestration assembly are also described.
