Die Erfindung betrifft ein Flächenverbundelement zur Lichtlenkung, ein Fenster mit einem solchen Flächenverbundelement sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Flächenverbundelements. Um ein Flächenverbundelement anzugeben, das gute Eigenschaften zur Lichtlenkung hat und dabei insbesondere optisch transparent und homogen ist sowie im Bereich von Fenstern von Gebäuden vorteilhaft einsetzbar ist und auf einfache Weise hergestellt werden kann, ist vorgesehen, dass das Flächenverbundelement zur Lichtlenkung ein erstes Flächenelement mit einer ersten Mikrostruktur auf einer ersten Innenfläche und ein zweites Flächenelement mit einer zweiten Mikrostruktur auf einer zweiten Innenfläche aufweist, wobei die erste sowie die zweite Mikrostruktur jeweils Vertiefungen und/oder Erhöhungen aufweisen, wobei die Flächenelemente im Flächenverbundelement so zueinander angeordnet sind, dass die erste und die zweite Innenfläche einander zugewandt sind sowie die erste und zweite Mikrostruktur so ineinandergreifend angeordnet sind, dass dabei innenliegende Mikrohohlräume zwischen den Mikrostrukturen gebildet werden, und wobei die erste und zweite Mikrostruktur jeweils flächige Haftabschnitte zur kraftschlüssigen Festlegung der Flächenelemente aneinander und/oder zueinander korrespondierende Rastabschnitte zur form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Festlegung der Flächenelemente aneinander aufweisen.

A privacy shield includes an arrangement of fabric panels including a top panel, a back panel and opposite side panels surrounding an interior privacy chamber. The top panel has a window with a movable flap cover for entry of light and viewing into the nursing chamber. Retractable drawstrings extending through seams of the panels allow for adjustment of the height and width of the nursing chamber. A skeletal frame member extends through a continuous sleeve along the peripheral edges of the fabric panels allowing the privacy shield to be collapsed under tension into a compact arrangement for transport and storage, and expanded in a "pop-open" action, wherein the frame member holds the arrangement of fabric panels taut in surrounding relation to the interior privacy chamber. An arrangement of straps with releasable fasteners allows the privacy shield to be secured to a baby stroller, chair or other structure.

Systems and methods for providing a drop seal assembly which is concealed within an opening in the bottom of a sliding door panel of a top-hanging sliding door. The drop seal assembly may include bottom guide which defines a downward facing elongated slot or track which receives a sill guide therein. The drop seal assembly also includes a drop down acoustic seal which automatically drops down to contact the floor surface below the door panel when the door panel is moved from an open position into a closed position. The distance that the seal drops down upon closing of the door panel may be selectively adjustable to accommodate variances in the air gap between the door bottom and the floor surface due to particular installation conditions. A concealed magnetic bottom seal activator may be used to provide self-adjusting activation of the door bottom seal assembly using two opposing magnets.
