    Abstract: A method to enable usage monitoring control at SMF relocation by enabling the selection of the same PCF. The method comprises transmitting from a first session management entity to an access and mobility management entity an identifier of a policy control entity associated with a first data session of a user; selecting at the access and mobility management entity a second session management entity for a second data session of the user; transmitting from the access and mobility management entity to the second session management entity, at establishment of the second data session, the identifier of the policy control entity; establishing a policy association for the second data session between the second session management entity and the policy control entity using the identifier of the policy control entity.

    Abstract: A computer implemented method for generating a Knowledge Graph (KG) representing relationships between a plurality of Machine Learning (ML) tasks relating to a computing infrastructure. The method comprises constructing a plurality of nodes representing the plurality of ML tasks. The method further comprises constructing a plurality of edges forming an edge graph and connecting the nodes among the plurality of nodes. The construction of the plurality of edge comprises: applying an encoder ML model to the plurality of nodes to generate an initial edge graph, applying a decoder ML model to the initial edge graph to output reconstructions of ML tasks, calculating a loss function, evaluating the determined loss function using a convergence criterion, and, on satisfaction of the convergence criterion, outputting a final edge graph.

    Abstract: A method (1100) for configuring a RIS (106), wherein the RIS comprises a plurality of configurable reflectors (120). The method includes obtaining (s1102) a first set of CQM values (e.g., SNR, RSRP, etc.), wherein the first set of CQM values is associated with at least a first particular configurable reflector of the RIS, and further wherein each CQM value included in the set is associated with a reflector configuration. The method also includes, based on the obtained first set of CQM values, selecting (s1104) a reflector configuration. The method further includes configuring (s1106) at least the first particular configurable reflector based on the selected reflector configuration. In one embodiments, the method is performed by the RIS and the step of obtaining the CQM values comprises obtaining the CQM values from a network node. In another embodiment, the method is performed by a network node (102, 104, 190) and the step of configuring the first particular configurable reflector comprises transmitting a control message for the RIS, wherein the control message indicates the reflector configuration.

    Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure are directed to a method performed by a coordinating Wireless Communication Device (WCD) for cooperation between WCDs for increased transmission efficiency. The method includes obtaining signal strength measurements for a plurality of network cells comprising a serving cell and neighboring cell(s), on behalf of a group of WCDs comprising the coordinating WCD and additional WCD(s) that have the same mobility pattern. Each WCD in the group of WCDs is in an INACTIVE or IDLE mode. The method includes, based on the signal strength measurements, performing a cell reselection procedure for the group of WCDs to a neighboring cell of the network cells. The method includes providing, to each WCD in the group of WCDs via a respective sidelink, data indicative of performance of the cell reselection procedure to the neighboring cell of the network cells.

    Abstract: A method of retrieving an answer to a query relating to an object from a knowledge base includes receiving an image of the object, identifying a location associated with the object, and retrieving an object feature model associated with the location. The object feature model including object features associated with objects present at the location. The method further includes extracting object features from the image using the object feature model. The object features include features associated with the objects present at the location. The method further includes receiving a language-based query associated with the object, analyzing the language-based query to identify an aspect of the language-based query, and combining information from the language-based query and the extracted object features based on the identified aspect of the query to form a unified query for submission to the knowledge base. The unified query is submitted to the knowledge base to obtain an answer to the unified query.
