In order to enable using water as a hydraulic liquid in a high-pressure piston pump for hydraulic circuits with nominal pressure more than 50 bar and up to at least 250 bar, on the one hand an area on the internal wall (10) of a cylindrical operating chamber (1), which cooperates with the external surface (20) of a piston (2) and is at least temporarily in contact therewith, consists of polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK), and on the other hand at least an area of the external surface (20) of said piston (20), which cooperates with said internal surface (10) of the operating chamber (1), consists of martensitic stainless steel. An eccentric (22) of a crank (21), which generates oscillating movement of the piston (2) along said cylindrical operating chamber (1), is offset relative to the longitudinal axis (100) of said operating chamber (1) at a predetermined distance (e) transversally with respect to said longitudinal axis (100), by which the crank (2) is at least during the most critical stage of the piston (2) stroke positioned at least approximately on said central axis (100) of the operating chamber (1).

A forestry winch belt brake with regulating mechanism comprises a brake disc (1), which is capable to rotate around its rotation axis and is furnished with a smooth cylindrical circumferential surface (11), as well as with a flexible, resilient and tension-resistant braking belt (2), which is placed around said circumferential surface (11) of the disc (1) and the terminal portions (21, 22) of which are mutually connected by means of a brake mechanism and form a loop. Said brake mechanism (3) comprises a rigid lever (31), which is in the area of its first arm (311) pivotally attached in a pivot point (310), and is in the area of its second arm (312) pivotally connected with a primary actuator (32), which is optionally a hydraulic cylinder or similar means for generating a force in a desired direction. Said brake mechanism (3) further comprises a regulating assembly (33) for adjusting each tension of said braking belt (2), and said regulating mechanism (33) is pivotally connected with said lever (31) in its the central area (313), namely between said arms (311, 312). The first terminal portion (21) of the braking belt (2) is attached to said lever (31) of the brake mechanism (3) in the area of its first arm (311), and the second terminal portion (22) of said braking belt (2) is connected with said regulating assembly (33), so that a required tension of the braking band (2) is adjustable by means of adjusting the length of the regulating assembly (33), and by pivoting said lever (31) around its pivot point (310) said braking belt (2) is either pressed towards the circumferential surface (11) of the brake disc (1) or released. In addition to said primary actuator (32), which is pivotally connected to said second arm (312) of the lever (31), said brake mechanism also comprises a secondary actuator (34), which is together with said regulating assembly (33) for adjusting each tension of the braking strap (2) pivotally connected with said lever (31) in its central area (313).

The invention refers to a firewood splitting machine with improved efficiency of a hydraulic cylinder (1) which is integrated within appropriate framework and adapted for pushing each section of a timber along a suitable guide towards a splitting tool. A first hydraulic connector (21) in the head (12) of the cylinder (1) is arranged along the central axis of said head (12) and comprises a protrusion (210), which extends in a direction towards the interior of the cylinder (1) and also protrudes into said cylinder (1), and at least one aperture (211) suitable for flowing the hydraulic media there-through is arranged adjacent to said protrusion (210). A piston (13) is furnished with a non-return valve (5), which is arranged on its front surface, which is faced towards the head (12), and which is on its side, which is faced towards the head (12), furnished with a first opening (51), which is adapted to cooperate with an elastically supported shutoff member (53), and on its opposite side with a second opening (52), which is hydraulically connected with a passage (54), which extends throughout the piston (13) and the rod (14) and enables said hydraulic media to flow towards said second chamber (32) between the rod (14) and the casing (11) of the cylinder (1). In the terminal position of the piston (13) closely to the head (12) or just adjacent to the head (12), said protrusion (210) within the first hydraulic connector (21) on the head (12) is located within said non-return valve (5), the elastically supported shutoff member (52) is in such case rest on said protrusion (210) against the force generated by a corresponding spring (53'), by which the hydraulic media is allowed to flow from the first hydraulic chamber (31) through said non-return valve (5) as well as through the piston (13) and the rod (14) towards the second hydraulic chamber (32).

A hydraulic assembly for controlling a winding drum (5) by means of a brake and clutch (5) in a forestry winch is characterized by arrangement of a clutch (5), which is together with its friction discs (51) is located on the same side (21) of the winding drum (2) as the brake disc (3), and friction discs (51) of the clutch (5) are, by means of a hydraulic displacing assembly (6), displaceable in a direction along the shaft (1) towards said side (21) of the winding drum (2). Consequently, a compact and rigid concept of controlling of operation of a winding drum (2) is achieved, which is resistant against loads acting from various directions. Besides, all components of the clutch (5) and the brake, as well as the units (61, 62) of the hydraulic displacing assembly (6) used for controlling of clutch (5) are arranged within the same easily accessible area in the winch casing (10), which then enables much easier supervision, maintenance or repair.

Link member of a gripping assembly, which is suitable for weighing of each load during reloading, wherein the onvention may optionally also refer to a rotatable gripping assembly or similar appliance mounted on the arm of a hydraulic crane, which is suitable for mounting onto a motor vehicle and then for manipulating with each load, the weight of which can be measuring during said manipulating. The purpose of the invention is to modify a known link member, which is generally used for attachment of each gripping assembly, optionally together with a rotator (3), to each crane arm, such that in addition to said attachment of said gripping assembly said member link could also enable weighing of each load during each manipulating therewith by means of said crane and each belonging gripping assembly, wherein said determining of each weight of the load could be performed precisely and accurately despite to movement and rotation of the load in all possible directions during manipulation therewith.

The invention refers to a long-term usable i.e. repetitively usable cylindrical assembly without any outwardly protruding parts, which could involve problems, wherein said assembly is insertable into each available bore (19', 19") or similar passage, in which it is automatically locked and reliably secured against undesired removal, but when desired, it can also be easily removed from said bore (19', 19") by means of a single hand and without any need on using a tool. The proposed assembly comprises a hollow cylindrical bush (1) having a broader first end portion (11) with an external seat (110) and a second end portion (12) furnished with two radial passages (121, 122) which are adapted to receive radially displaceable arresting sliders (16', 16") and an actuating rod (14), which is inserted within said bush (1) and is displaceable to and fro along the central axis (100) of said bush (100). The actuating rod (14) is on its opposite end portion (12) furnished with a centrally arranged and towards the axis (100) extending elongated hole (143), which is adapted to guide said actuating rod (14), as well as with two guiding recesses (144', 144"), which are open towards the exterior and positioned in a V-shaped arrangement converging thereby towards the broad end portion (11) of the bush (1) and diverging towards the opposite end portion (12) of the bush (1) and are moreover adapted to cooperate with protrusions (160', 160") of the arresting sliders (16', 16'), which are radially displaceable within said passages (121, 122) in said bush (1), wherein said recesses (144', 144".) are on both end portions thereof furnished with run-outs (1441', 1441"; 1442', 1442") extending parallel to said central axis (100) of the bush (1).

The invention concerns a forestry skyline comprising a mobile driving assembly (1) which is adapted to be towed by means of a tractor (T) and a carriage (2), which is movable along a suspension cable (VN). The driving assembly (1) includes a telescopically conceived pylon (11), which is on its first end portion (11') protruding apart from the ground (P) furnished with freely rotatable pulleys (111, 112, 113), and a chassis (13), which is furnished with a pair of wheels (130', 130") and is used for transporting the driving assembly (1). The invention is characterized in that said wheels (130', 130") are each per se pivotally connected with the pylon (11) with the possibility of adjusting the position of each wheel (130', 130") relative to said pylon (11), and in that the second end portion (11") of said pylon (11), which is faced towards the ground (P), is adapted for anchoring of the pylon (11) by means of penetrating thereof into the ground (P) due to the total weight of said driving assembly (1). This allows for appropriate levelling and anchoring of the pylon during opearation of the forestry skyline.

The purpose of the invention is to create an electromagnetic valve for redirecting of hydraulic media which is, depending on each received signal, used to control operation of at least one appliance integrated into each disposable high-pressure hydraulic circuit with nominal pressure between 50 and at least 150 bar, wherein just water, optionally combined with environmental friendly anti-freezing additives should be used as a hydraulic media in such hydraulic circuit, in which the operating pressure should be at minimum 50 bar up to at least approximately 250 bar. Said electromagnetic valve comprising a housing (1), in which a chamber (3) is available, which is intended to receive a redirecting member (2) and each hydraulic media i.e. the water in this particular valve. Said housing (1) is furnished with at least three connecting openings (A, B, P, T), which are arranged corresponding to each desired function of the valve as such, as well as with an electromagnet (4, 4'), which is arranged in/on said housing (1) and is adapted to cooperate with said redirecting member (2). In accordance with the invention, both the housing (1) at least in the area of the internal sealing surface (30) of the chamber (3) with diameter (D 3 ), and also said redirecting member (2) at least of its external hydraulic sealing surface (20) with diameter (D 2 ), consist of quenched steel, wherein the gap (C) there-between, namely the half difference between the characteristic diameter (D 3 ) of the sealing surface (30) of the chamber (3) and the characteristic diameter (D 2 ) of the sealing surface (20) of the redirecting member (2) should be between 1 μm and to 5 μηι at maximum.
