Abstract:
A closure device for a container (4) comprising a cap (1) having a piercing member (2) and a locking sheath (3). When the cap (1) is rotated in the direction to open the container (4), the cap (1) moves first downward and then upward relative to a container (4) to which it is affixed. During the downward movement of the cap (1), the piercing member (2) causes rupture of a seal (6) on the container (4) and a means for attaching the locking sheath (3) to the inside of cap (1) affixes the sheath (3) to the cap (1) such that when the rotation of the cap (1) continues the resulting upward motion causes the removal of the cap (1) and locking sheath (3).
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for powder dosing a nutritional composition may include a container body and a closure removably coupled to the container body. A nutritive substance may be retained between an upper portion of the container body and the closure. The nutritive substance may be released and mixed with the contents of the container body prior to consumption. The nutritive substance may be sealed prior to use in order to prevent contamination of the nutritive substance.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A tamper evident closure for an access opening in a container, in particular a bottle, has a closure part which is placeable onto the access opening in a sealing manner and has a bottom sleeve portion and an upper cover portion, which are connected in one piece to each other via a first tamper evident indicator. Furthermore, a hood-like indicator cap is provided which forms a second tamper evident indicator and at least partially surrounds at least the cover portion of the closure part, wherein access to the first tamper evident indicator is possible only when the indicator cap is destroyed. A tear off tab is formed in the indicator cap, which tear off tab is bounded by two grooves which are arranged at a distance and end at a distance from the bottom rim of the indicator cap, wherein at least one of the grooves is assigned a breaking point which extends as far as the bottom rim of the indicator cap.
Abstract:
Embodiments of a tamper-evident closure are disclosed which prevent unauthorized access to a container and its contents, deterring adulteration or introduction of counterfeit product. In one embodiment the tamper-evident closure can be fitted to an associated container and closure, and includes a portion which is removed by fracture of the tamper-evident closure to gain access to the container closure. In another embodiment, an arrangement of wedge-like tongues permit fitment of the tamper-evident closure to associated container for temper-evidence. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident closure is joined by frangible bridges to the container closure to provide the desired tamper-evidence. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident closure is movable axially of the associated container closure to thereby provide evidence of removal.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cover embodiment (101) developed to be used especially in aseptic cardboard liquid packages (15) and to provide ease of use and it provides the flowing mouth to open in a maximum level by creating a homogeneous structure on the liquid flowing mouth thanks to the items located inside and enabling the aluminum foil part left inside the cardboard to be compressed between the package and the cover embodiment.
Abstract:
A package (5) for a particulate laundry scent additive comprising a container (10), a closure (20), a dosing cup (30) and a shrink sleeve (90).
Abstract:
A container comprises a vessel (10) for storing a quantity of fluid with an opening (15) at a first end. A closure (20), e.g. resealable cap, seals the opening (15) in the vessel. A cup (30) is dimensioned to fit around the first end of the vessel, such that the cup (30) can be stored with the first end of the vessel protruding into the interior of the cup (30) and such that, when the cup (30) is fitted to the vessel (10), there is a medicament- retaining compartment (35) between the cup and the first end of the vessel (10). A medicament package (40) is stored within the compartment (35).
