Each of the plurality of permanent magnets has a length corresponding to a first angle according to the number of magnetic poles. The first, second, third angles of the motor refer to a center point of the housing as an angle reference point. The motor of an embodiment may be a motor provided in a washing machine.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a brake pedal system comprising a floor mounted brake pedal of this kind.

The master cylinder further comprises a locking chamber between the second master piston and an inner wall of the master cylinder and an elastic pedal feel element arranged in the first master chamber to be in contact with the first master piston and the second master piston for generating a pedal force when the brake pedal is operated while the second master piston is locked in the normal operating mode.

Abstract: The present application relates to a brake actuating unit (2) for a brake-by-wire motor vehicle brake system. The brake actuating unit (2) comprises a housing (16), a first electrically controllable pressure supplying device (7), a second electrically controllable pressure supplying device (8), and a brake pedal actuation sensing device (6). In addition, the first connector (10) is electrically connected with the first electrically controllable pressure supplying device (7). Further, the brake actuating unit (2) comprises a second connector (11) for electrically connecting the brake actuating unit (2) with the vehicle control unit (13) and with the power network (12) of the vehicle. The second connector (11) is electrically connected with the second electrically controllable pressure supplying device (8). The brake actuating unit further comprises a first cylinder and piston arrangement (3) disposed within the housing (16) and a piston rod (17) extending through a rear face (19) of the housing (16) for transmitting a displacement of a brake pedal (1) to a piston of the first cylinder and piston (3) arrangement.
