Abstract:
A radio module (FM) has an interface (SS) with an external control surface (BO). The interface (SS) is connected with a logic circuit (LS) having a remote control module (KM) for the radio module (FM) and an application module (AM) for driving the external control surface (BO). A conversion interface is thus obtained for converting data and commands specific to the radio module (FM) into data and commands specific to the control surface (BO) and vice-versa.
Abstract:
A capacitive actuator is charged with a defined charge voltage (Uc). On the basis of a stored characteristics field (KF), the momentary capacity of the actuator (Cp) is determined from the charge voltage (Uc) and the actuator voltage (Up) and the energy (E) supplied to the actuator is determined from the charge voltage (Uc) and the actuator capacity (Cp). The charge voltage (Uc) for the next control process of the actuator is regulated according to the deviation of the energy (E) supplied to the actuator with respect to a given amount of energy (Ev). The same process is repeated for other actuators.
Abstract:
In order to manufacture a memory cell configuration comprising a first series of memory cells including a vertical MOS transistor and a second series of memory cells without MOS transistor, the memory cells being arranged along the opposing flanks of strip-shaped pits, tiled memory cells are built one after the other along said pits (5). The spacing between the memory cells is determined according to a spacer technology enabling to meet the space need per memory cell, i.e. 1F , where F represents the minimum structural quantity specific to said technology.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a base station for a radio telecommunications systems, specially for a mobile radio telephone network. Said base station comprises at least two receiver and transmitter devices and at least one antenna device for ensuring radio communication links with at least one remote station. A control device of the base station organizes monitoring of the receiver and transmitter devices in such a way that one of the transmitter and receiver devices is switched to energy-saving mode once it is not establishing a telecommunications connection.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a mobile telephone provided with means of wireless communication and a device for the reproduction of acoustic signals in the human ear, thereby enabling acoustic reproduction of signals received to be separated from the electromagnetic radiation of the mobile telephone. The intensity of electromagnetic radiation at user head level is thus reduced. The invention also makes it easier for persons wearing hearing aids to use mobile telephones.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to switch panels - either monopolar or multipolar, with metal enclosure, divided into compartments or gas insulated - of a switch facility, connected by means of three-switch disconnectors operating both as a circuit breaker and a ground connection, to power switches provided or not with vacuum switches and mounted, as need be, in busbar cabinets or in separate circuit-breaking cabinets, and fitted with transmitting devices for the visual recording of fixed contacts. The transmitting equipment includes a camera module (KM) which can be linked through a connection mechanism (AE1, AE2) to a display unit outside the switch panel (SF), while a lighting device (BE) mounted out of alignment relative to the camera module is provided to enable a glare-free display of the fixed busbar contacts.
Abstract:
Disclosed are switches comprising main electrodes separated by a certain distance for gas discharge at a low pressure and forming, inside a circuit-breaking case, the cathode and the anode with the spacing required for said gas discharge, which is triggered by increasing the electron density in a hollow cathode space. It is also necessary for the cathode to have at least one opening, and preferably that both the cathode and the anode have aligned openings facing each other. Such a system allows for elements to be provided to create a radial magnetic field above the discharge. According to the invention, the elements concerned can be at least one slot (100, 200; 200', 100'') in at least one of the planar main electrodes (1, 2). A preferred embodiment has only one slot (100, 200, 200', 200'') extending like a spiral from the central area (15, 25) to the peripheral area (16, 26) of said electrodes.
Abstract:
The control parameters for a PID controller regulating a linear servo system are based on the logarithmic frequency response. For that purpose, a functional is taken which includes a term representing the module curve slope with regard to the servoing open loop close by the zero crossing, a term representing the value of the phase curve close by the zero crossing and a term representing the quantity of the zero crossing. The functional is optimized in terms of control parameters, and the controller is set based on the obtained parameters.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a container (1) for accommodating and diffusing a molten reactor core (27) in a nuclear power station with a structured cartridge-like bottom (3). The bottom (3) consists of a good thermoconductive material, multiple geodetically uppermost-lying points (4), multiple geodetically lowermost-lying points (5) and an outer wall (15). The outer wall (15) runs ascendingly between a geodetically lowermost-lying point (5) and an adjacent geodetically uppermost-lying point (4). A steam pipe runs through the inside (17) of the container at each geodetically uppermost-lying point (4). The container (1) enables external cooling of the molten reactor core (27), thereby avoiding the formation of radioactive aerosols, the risk of steam explosion and the formation of hydrogen. Cooling is particularly effective on account of the ascending run of the external wall, since the formation of a fixed localized vapor zone accompanying lower thermoconductivity is prevented. The invention also relates to a nuclear power station with a container (1) for accommodating and diffusing a molten reactor core.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a base for an integrated circuit which is suitable for mounting on a printed-circuit board (9), and has a base contact unit (7) with contact elements (53), through which electric connections can be produced between pins of the integrated circuit (1) that are fitted in a printed-circuit board for push-through mounting, and connection elements of the printed-circuit board (9). In accordance with the invention, the contact elements (53) are designed so as to establish the contact with the connection elements on the printed-circuit board (9) in a surface mounting device technique. The invention is applied in bases for multipolar structural elements.
