    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of aqueous compositions for preparing special concretes like aerated concrete or lightweight concrete. The invention provides an aqueous composition for preparing such concretes, that combines water, a hydraulic binder and an aggregate that is ground in the presence of a particular anionic polymer. The ground aggregate is selected from slag, fly ash, sand and combinations thereof. The invention also relates to a method for preparing this composition and to methods using it.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a high-strength ultra-light weight fireproof green thermal insulation geo panel comprising a core material board, said core material board are prepared by water and the other raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise 0.1–10%by weight of palm fibre based on the weight of the raw materials except water, and wherein the fibre length of the palm fibre ranges from 2mm to 15mm. The present application further discloses the method for preparing the above fireproof thermal insulation geo panel. The fireproof thermal insulation geo panel of the present invention can realize many various excellent properties simultaneously: low Density; higher Thermal conductivity; higher Compression strength; and Combustion Performance: A1 standard. The wall system constructed with panels made with the insulation geo panel in application has excellent fire and acoustic insulation. And its preparing method is low-cost, with low energy consumption, and the product as well as its manufacturing process is very friendly to environmental friendly.

    Abstract: A method for the manufacture of foamed plaster utilizing a mixture of powdered casting plaster, powdered limestone and hemp fibre. The mixture is fed into a Ventrui apparatus (40) under the influence of gravity. Compressed air may be supplied to the Venturi apparatus (40) through an inlet pipe (41) causing air and solid particles to be sucked into the Venturi apparatus (40). The elongated tube is provided with an inlet nozzle arranged to receive a mixture of water mixed with detergent agents. Further, the tube (50) is provided with an inlet nozzle (56) arranged to receive compressed air such that the elongated tube (50) delivers the mixture to a mixing and spray head (60) so as to feed the resulting mixture to a moulding means.
