The invention relates to a process of producing lightweight construction and building materials such as lightweight concrete using natural oil-based polyurethanes as fillers in the composition. The lightweight concrete is produced by introducing natural oil-based polyurethane as the green lightweight aggregate. The natural oil-based polyurethane consists of natural oil polyester polyol and polyisocyanates formed through polymerization process. The polyurethane aggregates perform as fillers and insulation materials. The novel lightweight concrete is light in weight, excellent compression strength for structural and non- structural elements and good thermal insulation effects. The natural-based lightweight concrete possessed good compressive strength and also allowed better workability and thermal efficiently as structural functions especially for building construction.

The thermally enhanced geothermal grout can comprise a class F fly ash in a range of between approximately 50 to 80% by weight of the grout and cement kiln dust in a range of between approximately 20 to 50% by weight of the grout mixture.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein dunkles, flächiges Element, vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoff, einer Lackschicht oder einem Faserstoff, mit verringerter Dichte, geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit und niedriger solarer Absorption. Im nahen Infrarotbereich des elektromagnetischen Spektrums hat das flächige Element eine relativ hohe Reflexion, um trotz der dunklen Einfärbung im sichtbaren Bereich die Erwärmung durch Sonnenlicht im nahen Infrarotbereich zu verringern. Die geringe Dichte und die niedrige Wärmeleitfähigkeit werden u. a. durch Einlagerung von Leichtfüllstoffen in das flächige Element erreicht. Zur Anwendung kommt eine solches, flächiges Element überall dort, wo Flächen aus ästhetischen oder aus technischen Gründen dunkel eingefärbt sind, sich aber unter Sonnenlicht nicht aufheizen sollen und die bei Berührung mit der Hand oder anderen Körperteilen weniger Wärme abgeben sollen als übliche dunkle Flächen. Weitere Anwendungsbereiche sind Flächen, die neben den erwähnten Merkmalen auch eine Wärme isolierende Wirkung haben sollen.
