Es wird ein Scharniertopf (10) für Möbelscharniere vorgeschlagen, mit einem in eine Bohrung in einem Möbelteil versenkt einsetzbar montierbaren Topfteil (12) und in montiertem Zustand in der Bohrung am Topfteil vorgesehenen aufspreizbaren Verankerungsteilen (16) mit dem Radius der Bohrung im Wesentlichen entsprechend bogenförmig gekrümmten äußeren Anlagenflächen, die über Zugelemente an die Bohrungswandung anpressbar sind, wobei die Zugelemente über einen Exzentermechanismus in der Einsetzrichtung des Scharniertopf (10) rechtwinklig zu dessen Montageebene bewegbar sind und die Spreizung der Verankerungsteile (16) dann erfolgt, wenn die Zugelemente in der Richtung vom Einsteckende des Scharniertopfs (10) zu dessen Montagefläche bewegt werden. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Zugelemente und die Verankerungsteile (16) als aus ursprünglich ebenflächigem metallischem Bandmaterial ausgestanzte und anschließend durch Pressbearbeitung umgeformte integrale metallische Bauteile ausgebildet, wobei die beim Spreizvorgang klemmend an der Wandung der Bohrung im Möbelteil andrückbaren äußeren Teilbereiche der Verankerungsteile (16) als in der Draufsicht im Wesentlichen bogenförmig begrenzte und in radialer Richtung federelastische verformbare Anpress-Wandungsabschnitte ausgebildet sind.

A connecting device (30) for attaching a lid (24) to an insulated container (20). The connecting device (30) has a barb (36) arranged and configured to be inserted into a socket (70) and to engage the walls (74, 76) of the socket (70) upon rotation. The barb (36) may engage the walls (74, 76) of the socket (70) by displacing material or engaging receptors, such as threads, in the socket. The geometry of the barb (36) is such that, after rotation, the barb remains connected to the body (22, 26) and lid (24) without the aid of screws, rivets, or other means. The connecting device (30) may also have a sliding or other connector (34) for connecting the connecting device to the lid (24). The connector (34) may be in the shape of a dovetail and the lid (24) may have a recess (90) configured to receive the dovetail.

The invention relates to a hinge housing (10) which is flushly mounted in a recess (18) inside the wall (16a) of a door leaf (16) which is made of a thin-walled metal and provided with a metal pot-shaped part (12) whose top edge is projected and forms in single-piece a fixing flange (22) and a guard plate (14) disposed between the fixing flange (22) and the internal part of the door leaf. Said guard plate (14) comprises elastic snap-in pins (26) which are disposed in the a recess (24) thereof corresponding to the recess (18) of the door leaf (16) and which, in the fixed position thereof, encompass the edge area of the recess (18) of the door leaf (16) on the internal part of the wall. Said guard plate (14) comprises at least two through holes which are (30) remote from each other in the direction of an opening (20) associated with each of them and embodied in the wall (16a) of the door leaf (16) and two through openings (32) which are embodied in the fixing flange (22) and are crossed by the butt-joints (34b) of fastening screws (34) whose ends are screwed into a clamping plate (36). Elastically deformable fixing bodies (40) crossed by the butt-joints (34b) of the fastening screws (34) are arranged between the flat faces of the guard plate (14) oriented towards the wall (16a) of the door leaf (16) and the limiting faces of the clamping plates (36) opposite thereto and in the undistorted form thereof produce an external limitation of the openings (20) in the wall (16a) of the door leaf and of the clamping plate 36.

The invention relates to a hinge which is used, in particular for furniture and comprises two stoppers interconnected by an articulation. One of said stoppers is fixed to a body, in particular to a furniture body, the second being fixed to a door leaf (6). The inventive hinge also comprises a spring mechanism (11) and a fluid damper. Said fluid damper is arranged on one of the stoppers and fixedly connected to the second stopper by means of the independent actuator of the articulation.

A hinge type automatic door closer has a cylindrical housing mounted on a door via a door mounting plate, a hinge shaft mounted on a door frame via a door-frame mounting plate. The hinge shaft is inserted within the cylindrical housing. The door closer has a piston engaged around the hinge shaft movable vertically locked to the housing in its rotational movement. When the housing rotates, the piston is moved up and down depending upon a rotational direction of the housing.
