본 발명은 환자의 구강을 통해 후두 입구에 위치하여 구분되는 기도와 식도로 공기의 공급과 내시경의 유입이 각각 유도되게 하는 후두마스크 및 내시경유도부와, 후두마스크 및 상기 내시경유도부에 연결되어 환자의 기도측으로 공기가 공급됨과 환자의 호흡상태가 시각적으로 확인되게 하는 에어웨이부와, 상기 에어웨이부의 외부에 설치되어 환자의 치아 사이에 고정되어 구강으로 삽입된 에어웨이의 튜브와 내시경 프로브를 보호하는 마우스피스부와, 상기 마우스피스에서 구강밖에 위치하게 되는 부분에 환자의 호흡상태에 따라 이동되어 자율 호흡상태를 확인하게 되는 표시단으로 이루어져 환자의 안전한 기도확보가 이루어지면서 내시경프로브의 삽입과 시술을 원할하게 할 수 있으며, 어두운 공간에서도 내시경시술 환자의 자율호흡이 용이하게 확인되는 것이어서 내시경시술을 안전하게 할 수 있게 된다.

An endoscope (1), the endoscope (1) comprising a proximal end and a distal end, a handle (2) at the proximal end and an insertion tube (3) extending from the proximal end towards the distal end. The insertion tube (3) comprises a internal working channel extending from the handle (2) to the distal end of the insertion tube (3). A connector at the handle (2) is adapted for the attachment of a syringe (10). A recess is adapted to accommodate a cylindrical body of the syringe (10) when said syringe is attached to the connector.

Dispositivo conversor para laringoscopio, destinado a vincularse a una pala (6) de un laringoscopio, dotada de un tramo rectilíneo (7) y un tramo curvado (8), junto a una fuente de luz (14) propia del laringoscopio, para dotarlo de un sistema de visión adicional en procedimientos de intubación traqueal. El dispositivo comprende un sector central (1) tubular con un orificio (2) pasante para alojar un sistema de obtención de imagen (3), un ala superior (4), acoplable sobre el tramo curvado (8) de la pala (6), dotada de una porción de ajuste (11) elástica para adaptación al tramo curvado (8) de la pala (6), y una porción de fijación (12) para impedir el movimiento lateral y del dispositivo, y un ala inferior (5) acoplable sobre el tramo rectilíneo (7) de la pala (6), con un tramo de fijación (13) elástico para adaptación al borde de dicho tramo rectilíneo (7).

The present invention provides medical devices comprising at least one visualization device sealed to, attached to or otherwise combined with at least one of the following second devices: a tool tube, medical glove, trocar, ventilating mask, urinary catheter, and an oral airway device of adjustable length, the oral airway device comprising a first hollow tube and a second hollow tube. The present invention also provides methods for rapid and accurate placement of a medical device in a patient and continuous real time monitoring, including a remote monitoring, of the patient after the placement.

The photosensing element (109) may be configured to receive reflectance spectra (204) from the tissue. The location of the second end (102) of the airway tube (101) may be determined from characteristics of the reflectance spectra (204) of the tissue.

Implementations described and claimed herein provide a guidable intubation stylet comprises a handle having a handle body. The handle body defines a cavity. An opening is disposed at a proximal end of the handle body, and a chamber is disposed at a distal end of the handle body. A joystick has a steering grip extending proximally from a joystick body. The joystick body is disposed in the cavity with the steering grip extending through the opening. A stylet shaft is connected to the handle body at the distal end, and a controllable tip is disposed distal to the stylet shaft. One or more wires are connected to the joystick body and extend distally through the chamber. A rotation of the joystick body using the steering grip causes a displacement of the one or more wires, and the displacement of the one or more wires moves the controllable tip.
