The head portion is configured to be inserted and retained within the receptacle and the threaded portion is configured to retain the fixation element within a patient recipient site.

    Abstract: A frame for a foldable playard includes multiple leg support assemblies rotatably coupled to multiple X-frame assemblies. Each leg support assembly includes a corner. The corners include a topper mount socket and the X-frame assemblies include one or more topper supports. The topper mount sockets and the topper supports provide multiple locations along the top periphery of the frame to securely couple and support one or more toppers. For example, the frame may support a topper that provides a changing table and an organizer. The changing table or the organizer is rotatable to provide the caregiver more storage space or the ability to deploy and/or store the changing table while the topper remains installed. In another example, the frame may support a freestanding and collapsible bassinet topper via a bassinet accessory. The bassinet topper provides a support platform without any additional structural support from the frame or the bassinet accessory.

    Abstract: A drive assembly including a wedge clutch assembly is disclosed. The wedge clutch assembly includes a first cage having a first plurality of tapered crossbars that at least partially define a plurality of tapered wedge pockets. A plurality of wedges are each arranged within a respective one of the plurality of wedge pockets and within a circumferential groove of one of an outer ring or an inner ring. The plurality of wedges each including a ramped surface facing a corresponding one of a plurality of ramps defined in the outer ring or inner ring. Movement of the first plurality of tapered crossbars in a first axial direction or a second axial direction circumferentially drives the plurality of wedges into contact with the circumferential groove such that an input drive gear drives an output.

    Abstract: A carrier hub assembly includes a carrier hub and a bearing assembly. The carrier hub includes an end portion having a first face surface and a second face surface. The bearing assembly includes a first bearing positioned on the first face surface and a second bearing positioned on the second face surface. Each bearing includes a pair of washers forming a pair of races, a cage, and a plurality of rolling elements. The bearing assembly further includes a connecting sleeve connecting the first bearing to the second bearing. The connecting sleeve retains the first bearing and the second bearing on the carrier hub.

    Abstract: A folding arrangement including a flap lifting assembly located at a drop conveyor discharge end and including a pivoting arm with a flap engaging surface that is movable between a first, flap-lifting position and a second, pass-through position is provided. A folding assembly includes a receiving conveyor with a receiving conveyor feed end positioned below the drop conveyor discharge end, and a folding finger above the receiving conveyor feed end. The product-substrate combination is driven by the drop conveyor into contact with the flap engaging surface in the first position to lift the flap as the product-substrate combination is discharged from the drop conveyor discharge end towards the receiving conveyor feed end, and the folding finger contacts the flap of the product-substrate combination to complete folding of the flap to a second angled position onto the product as the product-substrate combination pivots the flap engaging surface to the second position.
