본 발명의 실시예에 따른 종이매체 인식 장치는, 종이매체의 정렬을 위한 얼라인 기준라인이 일측에 마련된 이송 경로를 제공하는 본체; 및 종이매체를 이송 경로를 따라 길이방향으로 이송시키기 위한 이송 롤러와, 종이매체를 얼라인 기준라인을 향해 폭방향으로 이송시키기 위해, 상기 이송 롤러의 직교 방향으로 배치되는 얼라인 롤러를 포함하는 얼라인부를 포함하고, 이송 롤러 및 얼라인 롤러는 회전시 위상차를 두어, 종이매체를 길이방향과 폭방향으로 교대로 이송시킬 수 있다.

The device (1) comprises a support housing (2-4) having first and second openings (3a, 3b) intended to be positioned during use facing an area (A) for the introduction of one or more documents (BC) to be processed, first and second rotatable gripping members (5, 6) for respectively performing aligning and forwarding, mounted in the housing (2-4) and designed to extend through the first and second openings (3a, 3b), respectively, these gripping members (5, 6) being rotatable about respective axes (V-V, U-U) oriented in different directions, and driving and control devices (10-17) designed to cause rotation of the gripping members (5, 6) about the respective axes (V-V, U-U) and their displacement through said openings (3a, 3b) between a retracted position and an extracted position with respect to the housing (2-4). The driving and control devices comprise: two cam members (10, 11) mounted rotatably in the housing (2-4), being rotationally locked together and having respective control profiles (16, 17) with respective profile portions (16a, 16b; 17a, 17b) situated at different levels along a direction parallel to the axis of rotation (X-X) of the cam members (10, 11). These control profiles (16, 17) cooperate with the gripping members (5, 6) such that a rotation of the cam members (10, 11) is capable of causing corresponding rotations of the gripping members (5, 6) about the respective axes (V-V, U-U) as well as synchronized displacements of these gripping members (5, 6) in respective directions essentially parallel to the axis of rotation (X-X) of the cam members (10, 11), through the corresponding openings (3a, 3b) of the housing (2- 4). A single rotary motor (13) is coupled with the cam members (10, 11) so as to cause the rotation thereof.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Bogenmaterialien beispielsweise zu einer Druckmaschine, Laminiermaschine oder Schneidmaschine insbesondere von großformatigen Bögen. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Ausrichtungseinheit umfassend einen Längs- und/oder Quertransport, und einer oberhalb der Ausrichtungseinheit verfahrbaren Hubvorrichtung. An der Hubvorrichtung sind ferner Sauggreifer orthogonal zur Verfahrrichtung der Hubvorrichtung angeordnet und zwar derart, dass einzelne Bögen auf die Ausrichtungseinheit transportiert werden können.

Bei einer Handhabungseinrichtung zur Handhabung vereinzelter flacher, blattarti-ger Gegenstände oder Dokumente im wesentlichen in einer Horizontal ebene wird bei einfachem Aufbau von Führungs- und Ausrichtmitteln eine präzise Stellung des zu handhabenden Gegenstandes dadurch erreicht, daß eine Zufördereinrichtung in einem zu einer Zwischenfördereinrichtung benachbarten Endabschnitt so ausgebildet ist, daß sie an dem betreffenden Gegengstand oder Dokument reibend angreift, wobei in diesem Endabschnitt der Zufördereinrichtung der Gegenstand oder das Dokument mit einer Bewegungskomponente horizontal quer zur Förderrichtung der Zufördereinrichtung unter Überwindung einer bestimmten Reibungskraft bewegbar ist. Die Zwischenfördereinrichtung verläuft in einer Horizontalebene in einem Winkel im Bereich von 15 bis 75° zur Förderrichtung der Zufördereinrichtung und greift in einem der Zuförderein-richteng benachbarten Förderabschnitt derart an dem Gegenstand oder dem Dokument an, daß dieser nicht mit einer Bewegungskomponente horizontal quer zur Förderrichtung der Zwischenfördereinrichtung bewegbar ist. In einem Endabschnitt der Zwischenfördereinrichtung kann jedoch der Gegenstand oder das Dokument in seiner Ebene unter Überwindung von bestimmten Reibungskräften relativ zu Fördermitteln der Zwischen-fördereinrichtung in einer Horizontalebene verschoben werden. Am Ende der Zwischen-fördereinrichtung läuft dann der Gegenstand oder das Dokument gegen eine Winkelan-Schlaganordnung an und richtet sich selbst in der Bearbeitungsstellung aus. Nach Beendigung der Bearbeitung und Unwirksamschalten der Winkelanschlaganordnung erfolgt die Abförderung des Gegenstandes oder Dokumentes aus der Bearbeitungsstation.

A sheet offset device, wherein first to third drums (31 to 33) are fitted to each other rotatably relative to each other, elongated first to third guide parts (41, 42, and 43) are formed in the drums (31 to 33), respectively, the second guide part (42) and third guide part (43) are inclined relative to the first guide part (41) and inclined opposedly to each other, an engaging pin (34) fixed to a drive shaft (25) for a delivery roller is inserted into the guide parts (41 to 43), whereby, when both drums (32) and (33) are set free to rotate with the first drum (31) rotated together with the delivery roller, the engaging pin (34) comes into the state of stoppage not moving in lateral direction, and the engaging pin (34) is moved leftward when only the rotation of the drum (32) is limited and moved rightward when only the rotation of the drum (33) is limited.

A folding arrangement including a flap lifting assembly located at a drop conveyor discharge end and including a pivoting arm with a flap engaging surface that is movable between a first, flap-lifting position and a second, pass-through position is provided. A folding assembly includes a receiving conveyor with a receiving conveyor feed end positioned below the drop conveyor discharge end, and a folding finger above the receiving conveyor feed end. The product-substrate combination is driven by the drop conveyor into contact with the flap engaging surface in the first position to lift the flap as the product-substrate combination is discharged from the drop conveyor discharge end towards the receiving conveyor feed end, and the folding finger contacts the flap of the product-substrate combination to complete folding of the flap to a second angled position onto the product as the product-substrate combination pivots the flap engaging surface to the second position.
