    摘要: There is provided a system including a platform controller for managing artificial intelligence services, wherein the system includes a processor coupled with a memory, having stored thereon instructions. The instructions, when executed by the processor, configure the platform controller to receive an artificial intelligence (AI) service registration request from an AI controller controlling the AI service, the AI service registration request including information indicative of locations of the AI service and transmit an AI service registration response to the AI controller, the AI service registration response including routing information at least in part specifying how to reach a coordinator associated with the AI service, the coordinator corresponding to a location of the AI service and transmit a notification indicative of availability of the AI service to a device. When a request for access to the AI service is received from the device, the platform controller is configured to transmit a response to the device, wherein the response is indicative of whether the request is accepted.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for handling data packets transmitted via a communication tunnel are provided. Tunnel parameters corresponding to transmission of data packets via the communication tunnel are monitored, and aggregation parameters are adjusted based on the tunnel parameters. Based on the current aggregation parameters, the data packets can be aggregated into aggregate data packets for transmission via the communication tunnel. The aggregation parameters can be an aggregation window size. The tunnel parameters can be: end-to-end packet delay of the communication tunnel; throughput of the communication tunnel; and status of one or more queues, such as queue size, belonging to routers of the communication tunnel.

    摘要: Methods of location tracking and location resolution are discussed for network architectures which allow devices, such as User Equipment, to communicate with different networks (e.g., different network operators) without roaming. A hierarchical Connectivity Management (CM) is provided which allows for location tracking and location resolution as devices move within and between different network boundaries. Such a hierarchy includes a Global CM which provides inter network CM, and domain CM which provides intra network CM. Some embodiments utilize virtual user CMs within the domain. In some embodiments the global CM is implemented by a third party. In other embodiments different networks inter operate by utilizing virtual network slices over non-owned infrastructure to provide what appears to be a global network by each operator.
