The operation is carried out in a first phase of preliminary treatment dispersing a diluted solution of 3 components that show an introductory and chelating agent activity towards the 4 components of the second phase mix for the fertilizing treatment. The seven components of the complex, placed in a solution diluted with sea water, are injected with suitable devices, in the sea surface areas subtracting CO 2 from the earth atmosphere.

The invention relates to a plant growth-promoting and quality-improving agent containing a water-insoluble inorganic micronutrient pulverized to an average particle size of 10 µm or less and a method for promoting growth and improving quality by using the agent. Here, the water-insoluble inorganic micronutrient is preferably at least one member selected from the group consisting of tribasic calcium phosphate, manganese dioxide, calcium titanate, magnesium oxide, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide and firing bone powder. As a formulation, a flowable formulation or the like can be adopted and further, a plant seed is coated with the plant growth-promoting and quality-improving agent or the agent is applied to a plant culture medium.

An organic-mineral fertilizer, the fertilizing activity of which is maintained for a longer period of time. The fertilizer can be used to prepare the soils of plantations. The mineral and organic components of the fertilizer are put in a composition, whereas said organic components contain oil shale and/or substances processed from oil shale or oil shale semi-coke. Said organic components consist mainly of shale oil and ground oil shale, processed in acid, and/or a compost of ground semi-coke and organic waste. The mineral core is covered with with a thick layer of heavy shale oil or with its mixture with acetone, which is covered with ground oil shale powder, processed beforehand with acid, and semi-coke compost. Mineral components become available for plants roots secretions and microorganisms decompose small openings to the protecting thick layer of heavy shale oil. Mineral or other fertilizing components are not drained out by precipitation. The outer surface of fertilizer pellets promotes the metabolism of microorganisms and acts as a growth stimulator due to the ground oil shale, processed with acid, and due to the ground semi-coke compost.

According to the invention, the metal peroxides are coated with silicon compounds selected from the group comprised of siliconate, hydrogen polysiloxane, siloxane, a silicon resin emulsion, a silane/siloxane emulsion, a silane/siloxane mixture, a silicon microemulsion concentrate, and of a silicic acid ester mixture.

An absorbent for treatment of flue gas containing sulphur dioxide, a process for treating a flue gas and a process for producing an inorganic complex fertilizer, which involves grinding slag into powder, mixing with water in the ratio of 1: 2-20 to form an absorbing slurry, then reacting with sulphur dioxide contained in the flue gas, adding gypsum to the resultant product in such amounts that the weight ratio of gypsum to slag is 1: 0.005-0.1, mixing to form a mixture, precipating the mixture, dehydrating the precipate and drying to form the inorganic complex fertilizer. Its advantages include simple process, less investment of equipment, treating waste with waste, and suitable for use in metallurgical plants and power plants producing sulphur dioxide waste gas.
