Two coplanar floating disks connected to a levers system controlled by three separated electrical stepper motors compose the device. On varying the water stream speed blades specific paths happens along the orbital path of rotating barrel. The blades are equidistant placed at the edge of rotating barrel, while the electrical stepper motors are fixed to the external frame of the hydraulic turbine.

On the top of the machine of modest height (up to 80% less than traditional wind generator towers), a low-pressure zone is created which is able to retrieve winds at altitude and thus achieve considerable specific powers.

Production process of liquid diethyl carbonate complex (DEC C 2 H 5 OCOOC 2 H 5 ) by means of reactor of catalytic synthesis in heterogeneous phase fed by ethyl ether (C 2 H 5 OC 2 H 5 ) (liquid) and carbon dioxide CO 2 (gas). The compound synthesis occurs in the vertical tubular reactor working under pressure between 15 bar and 55 bar and temperature range between 1150C and 2350C. The different several sectors, with circular ring shape, are piled up in the entry area of reactor. The catalyst is composed by potassium carbonate (K 2 CO 3 ) plus cobalt oxide (CoO) as reaction promoter and ethyl iodide (IC 2 H 5 ) as reaction activator. The support is made by an alumina plus zeolite type 3A sponge sector whose several active sites allow a high yield conversion to organic carbonate for each reagent passing through in recycle pushed by the centrifugal compressor at magnetic dragging.

A compact apparatus for the thermophysical catalytic resolution of liquid ammonia (pressure 10 bar) to produce hydrogen and nitrogen at the gas state. The apparatus uses three reactors placed in cascade, the first two reactors carrying out a thermocatalytic resolution, and the third reactor being a microwave resonator. Hydrogen adapted to supply alkaline fuel cells is obtained after crossing a scrubber. The equipment on board of the vehicles allows the generation of electric energy for car drive with a yield of 12,000 kJ/kg NH 3 .

The operation is carried out in a first phase of preliminary treatment dispersing a diluted solution of 3 components that show an introductory and chelating agent activity towards the 4 components of the second phase mix for the fertilizing treatment. The seven components of the complex, placed in a solution diluted with sea water, are injected with suitable devices, in the sea surface areas subtracting CO 2 from the earth atmosphere.
