    Abstract: 一种在物体表面制作浸渗涂覆复合抗裂肌理夹芯涂层的方法,步骤包括:在物体表面涂覆第一涂层;在第一涂层丧失可塑性之前,将纤维肌理网络夹芯贴覆在第一涂层,该纤维肌理网络夹芯内含有纤维形成的三维互贯网络结构,第一涂层的涂料浸润纤维,并渗入到三维互贯网络结构的网孔内;涂覆第二涂层,施压使第二涂层的涂料浸润三维互贯网络结构纤维,浸入到三维互贯网络结构的网孔内;固化该夹芯涂层,第二涂层在固化过程中,位于三维互贯网络结构的网孔表面的涂料向内形成较大塌陷,而位于纤维表面的涂层受到纤维阻挡没有下陷或形成较小下陷,从而形成肌理。
