An associated method of construction and fabrication of organ windpipes and wind musical instruments utilizing composite materials. The fiber reinforced composite construction is a combination of fibers and resinous material. The fibrous material, maybe Carbon fibers, and/or Kevlar fibers, and/or Fiberglass fibers, and/or Wood Veneer(s) and/or core material, or any combination thereof, which is oriented and layered to create a laminate. The fibrous material can be pre-impregnated with a resinous material or impregnated with a resinous material. The acoustical resonance properties of the fiber reinforced composite wall material or laminate resonates with the generated pressure wave of the wind musical instrument, thereby providing improved tonal and acoustic performance. The lightweight fiber reinforced composite wind instrument, produces richer and more brilliant tones, as well as multiple harmonics. In the preferred embodiment, there are minimal dimensional changes unfavorably affecting the musical sound qualities, such as shrinkage or elongation from adverse environmental conditions.

본 발명은 관악기용 마우스피스 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 관악기를 연주할 때 입으로 사용하는 마우스피스를 제조함에 있어, 높은 강도의 광물재료와 합성수지재를 혼합한 형태로 우수한 공명을 갖는 마우스피스를 제조하여 용이한 연주가 가능하고 선명하고 풍부한 음을 제공해줄 수 있도록 하면서, 제조공정을 개선하여 대량생산이 가능하면서 제조단가를 낮출 수 있고, 버려지는 폐자원을 재료로 재활용하여 친환경적인 관악기용 마우스피스 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 합성수지 재질의 제1재료와 광물 재질의 제2재료를 각각 분말화하는 단계와, 상기 제1재료와 제2재료를 일정 비율로 혼합하는 단계와, 상기 혼합된 재료를 용융하여 일정한 단면형상의 1차 성형물을 연속적으로 압출하는 단계와, 상기 압출된 1차 성형물을 일정 간격을 두고 절단하는 단계와, 상기 절단된 1차 성형물을 마우스피스 형태로 가공하여 2차 성형물을 형성하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 뇌감각과 인지력의 향상이 가능한 코피리에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콧바람을 이용하여 연주가 가능한 악기로 음폭과 음향 및 음의 세기를 정확한 음으로 구현할 수 있으면서도, 뇌감각과 인지력의 향상이 가능하도록 구성한 새로운 구조의 코피리에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 사용자의 신체에 밀착되는 전면 본체부; 사용자에 의해 발생된 콧바람이 일측단부를 통해 내부로 유입되어 타측단부로 배출되면서 기설정된 높이의 음향이 발생되는 음향발생부; 및 전면 본체부와 음향발생부의 위치를 고정하며, 음향발생부가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 밀폐시키는 후면 본체부를 포함한다.

La respiration par les battements des vibrations mécaniques sonores auto-activées par les bruits moteurs, est activée par au moins un instrument à vent particulier de ce PCT, qui est installé, posé dans l'admission d'air du moteur thermique, dans la circulation d'air. Pour diminuer la pollution, il est bon d'avoir à la carburation, une aide de comburant soit de l'hydrogène avec de l'oxygène neuf non pollué de l'extérieur. La synchronicité vibratoire par l'appareil permet d'obtenir une aide à la gestion énergétique des moteurs thermiques. Les effets mécaniques des vibrations harmoniques, des bruits du moteur, dans l'appareil, sont le principe d'un instrument de musique à vent, non soufflé par un musicien, mais activé par les bruits du moteur. L'efficacité de l'appareil placé dans l'admission d'air du moteur, à tout régime et en accélération donne le confort, la souplesse, la douceur, l'accélération du moteur.

Estabilizador térmico para instrumentos de viento-metal que comprende al menos una pieza con una geometría que permite fijarse sobre un instrumento musical de viento-metal en la parte que está en contacto con el cuerpo humano, y está realizado en un material aislante térmicamente, cuenta con unos medios de unión de los extremos del estabilizador, que pudieran ser mediante adhesivado, cosido o con medios cooperantes de fijación entre sí. Gracias al estabilizador se consigue mantener estable la temperatura del instrumento en toda su extensión desde el tudel hasta la campana, igualando la temperatura de la maquinaria con la del resto del instrumento y manteniéndola estable durante toda la interpretación, sin que las notas fundamentales como sus respectivos harmónicos sufra ninguna alteración debido al contacto físico.

El simulador (1) comprende una carcasa (11) con unos sensores (2) de digitación y una boquilla (6) con un conducto (62) de paso del flujo de aire impelido por el intérprete, encontrándose en dicha boquilla (6) un sensor de la velocidad del flujo para que el dispositivo (5) de configuración y comunicaciones MIDI pueda determinar las notas y efectos ejecutados de dicha boquilla (6) y los sensores (2), de disposición análoga a un instrumento acústico de referencia. El sensor de velocidad del aire en la boquilla (6) es un sensor de presión (3) asociado a una cánula (31) para la medida de la presión dinámica producida por el flujo de aire en la articulación de una nota musical.

The present invention provides a valve assembly designed to regulate air flow through a musical instrument and is designed to avoid bumps typically associated with valve construction that result in distortion and other harmful effects on vibrating columns of air that pass there-through. The valve assembly comprises: a cylindrical- shaped valve casing having openings formed therein that define at least one ingress and at least one egress through which vibrating columns of air pass; and a valve piston received within the valve casing and linearly displaceable therein, the valve piston comprising at least one passageway having a cross-section that is open and u-shaped, whereby other passageways formed in the valve piston are bump-free. The present invention also provides a valve assembly comprising: a cylindrical- shaped valve casing having openings formed therein that define at least one ingress and at least one egress through which vibrating columns of air pass; and a rotary valve received within the valve casing and rotatably displaceable therein. The rotary valve comprises a pair of passageways formed asymmetrically in the body of the rotary valve and at least one of the pair of passageways having a substantially circular cross-section. The rotary valve being further characterized with a land between opening of one of the pair of passageways and the absence of a land for the other of the pair of passageways so as to minimize distortion.
