Abstract:
A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos de rolos verticais para auxiliar a alimentação de colmos em colhedora de cana-de-açúcar, os quais são instalados na parte frontal (A) da colhedora, fixados nos divisores de linhas e trabalham em pares, com elementos à direita e à esquerda, podendo ser formados de um ou mais pares. Os dispositivos tem a função de impulsionar e direcionar continuamente os colmos de cana-de- açúcar para o interior da colhedora. Os dispositivos de rolos verticais (6) são formados por motores hidráulicos (6a), cilindros com aletas (6b), suportes de fixação superior (6c) e suportes de fixação inferior (6d). A fixação dos dispositivos nas colhedoras de uma linha é aplicada conforme (B) e nas colhedoras de duas ou mais linhas são instalados conforme (C) nas faces internas (2) dos divisores de linhas. A distância entre os elementos dos respectivos pares diminui da dianteira para dentro da colhedora, garantindo uma pressão continua direcional na massa de cana à medida que os dispositivos de rolos verticais conduzem as canas para o interior da colhedora eliminando formações de emaranhados de colmos, mantendo um fluxo constante na parte frontal da colhedora e consequente aumento do rendimento da colheita.

L'élagueuse selon l'invention est essentiellement caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte une embase (1), une pince (10), des premiers moyens de liaison commandables (13) reliant la pince (10) à l'embase (1) selon un premier espace de mobilité (14) à au moins trois degrés de liberté, un élément de coupe (20), des seconds moyens de liai son (23) reliant l'élément de coupe (20) à l'embase (1) selon un second espace de mobilité à au moins trois degrés de liberté, le second espace de mobilité n'ayant aucun degré de liberté en commun avec le premier espace de mobilité, une source d'énergie, et des moyens pour relier la source d'énergie aux moyens de commande de la pince (10) et de l'élément de coupe (20). Application à l'élagage de tous végétaux, et avantageusement à la récolte des cannes à sucre ou analogues.

A sugar cane harvester for harvesting cane stalks, planted in closely-spaced rows, has a harvesting apparatus mounted on a prime-mover. The harvesting apparatus has a pair of stripping heads, separated by a stripping passage, which advance along the row of cane stalks to be harvested. Each stripping head has front and rear continuous carriers, provided with spaced blades or spikes, where the blades or spikes travel in an upward, rearwardly-inclined path, within the stripping passage, to engage and strip leaf - and other matter from the cane stalks before a topping cutter cuts the cane stalks to length and a base cutter then cuts the cane stalks from their rootstock. Brushes can be provided on the continuous carriers to assist the stripping of the leaf matter from the cane stalks; and fans can also be provided rearwardly of the harvesting apparatus to further assist the stripping of the leaf matter. A pair of vertically-spaced stalk conveyors engage, and transfer the harvested cane stalks, to bins or hoppers on the prime-mover for collection and selective-discharge of the harvested cane stalks. The harvester can be provided to harvest other single- or twin-rows of the cane stalks.

본 발명은 수확되면서 절단된 수수작물이 외부로 흩어져 나가는 것을 방지하는 가이드벽(120)이 측면에 형성되고 하부에는 투입홀(142)이 형성된 투입부(100); 상기 투입부의 하단부와 연결되도록 형성되며, 상기 투입홀을 통해 내려오는 수수작물을 담도록 내측에 수용자루의 연결고리(42)가 걸리는 고정쇠(220) 및 수용자루의 내측자루를 고정하는 고정집게(240)가 마련되고, 자체적으로 승하강이 가능하도록 구비되는 수용부(200); 상기 수용부의 하부에 형성되어 상기 수용자루에 담겨진 수수작물을 이송하는 이송부; 및 상기 이송부의 하부에 구비되며, 자체의 이동이 가능토록 구비되는 트레일러(400)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수수작물 수확장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시로 수수작물의 수확시에 절단된 수수작물을 용이하게 수확할 수 있는 수수작물 수확장치를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The non-burnt sugar cane stalk cutting machine that using the agricultural tractor as power plant, by using the agricultural tractor with range from 105 horse-power or more as power plant, by installed the said tractor onto the body of the machine, There is chain that connected from tractor drive axles to the drive wheel of the machine, drives the machine to run at a speed of 10-20 kilometer per hour, and utilizing the tractor's power take off (PTO) to drive hydraulic pump at speed of 540 rpm. to the cutter blades. This machine can be used in harvesting the sugar cane stalk both in upright stalk or laid down stalk. There is a blower that can separate topping and leave residues from cut stalks. The conveyor system is installed in the rear of the machine to convey the cut stalks to the truck that drive along the cutting track of the machine. This machine was design with simple technology, easy and low cost to maintenance, easy to use, and furthermore, the tractor can be moved out to use in other task after the cutting season. Most of the materials and spare parts can manufactured locally, so the price of the machine is much cheaper that the imported one.

The invention relates to apparatus for harvesting sugar cane, which comprises a cane topper arrangement that can be carried at the end of a boom of a tractor, to be held forwardly of the tractor, relative to the path of forward displacement of the tractor. The cane topper arrangement includes a pair of cutter drums that have cutting blades projecting therefrom, drive means for rotating the cutter drums and guide formations for guiding sugar cane into the path of the cutter drums, during use of the apparatus by displacing the apparatus along the line of rows of sugar cane, thereby providing for cane stalks to be topped thereby.

A billet severing apparatus for sugar cane harvesters comprises a conveyor (1) to feed cane longitudinally into a three bladed cutter (5) having cutter blades (7) axially mounted on a hub rotatable about an axis (6) transverse to the direction of feed of the cane stalks. The cutter blades (7) coact with a rotary anvil (11) which counter-rotates relative to the cutter (5). In addition to severing the cane stalks into billets, the rotary anvil (11) serves as a conveyor by throwing the severed billets vertically into a discharge chute (27). The rotary anvil (11) is located in a housing (25) with a close fitting peripheral wall surface extending about part of the swept volume of the anvil whereby a region of reduced air pressure created by rotation of the anvil (11) causes separation and discharge of cane trash through a port (26) in the lower part of the housing (25).
