The perforating unit comprises: a support (23) with at leat two fixed counterblades (25A, 25B); a first roller (27) revolving about its own axis and carrying a first series of rotary blades (29) acting in combination with a first (25A) one of said fixed counterblades; a second roller (31) revolving about its own axis nd carrying a second series of rotary blades (33) acting in combination with the second (25B) one of said fixed counterblades. The blades of the first series are arranged at a different pitch from the blades of the second series of blades.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for manufacturing an object of a folded sheet material has improved slitting, scoring/crushing, gathering, and folding sections or devices. Qualifying means (119/141), slitting means (122/127), and scoring/crushing means (100) are adjustable with respect to a flat, planar path of movement so that a blank of sheet material (67, 82) moves through the machine without causing the blank to assume an "S" shape, or otherwise suffer loss of paper control. Identifying rollers (101) slightly pre-fold the blank before it enters the gathering section (102) for additional pre-folding. There are also provided novel slitting/scoring heads (233) on the scoring means (100), (shown in the figure) which are easily changed in number of configuration, and have easily replaceable split blades (230).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stapelschneidevorrichtung (01), die eine Stapelpositioniereinrichtung (02), eine Schneideinrichtung (13) zum Schneiden zumindest eines Bogenstapels (26) und eine Stapelauflagefläche (04) aufweist, wobei die Stapelpositioniereinrichtung (02) einen vertikal bewegbaren oberen Drehstempel (08) aufweist und wobei die Stapelpositioniereinrichtung (02) zwei obere Anpresselemente (31; 32) aufweist, die bezüglich der vertikalen Richtung (V) bewegbar sind und von denen ein erstes mittels eines ersten Horizontalantriebs (09) bezüglich einer horizontalen Richtung (F) bewegbar angeordnet ist und von denen ein zweites mittels eines zweiten Horizontalantriebs (41) bezüglich dieser Richtung (F) bewegbar angeordnet ist sowie ein Verfahren zum Schneiden eines Bogenstapels mittels einer Stapelschneidevorrichtung.

본 발명은 슬롯 다이가 틸팅(Tilting) 회전 및 수평왕복운동 없이 필름원액의 토출 공정이 멈춤 없이 지속적으로 이루어지도록 구성함과 동시에 기저필름으로 토출되는 필름원액이 폭 방향으로는 이격되되 길이방향으로 연장되는 다열의 줄형상 코팅체들로 형성되도록 구성됨으로써 전체 공정시간 대비 코팅액 토출 공정시간을 현저히 증가시켜 생산량을 극대화시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 슬롯 다이의 위치가 고정됨에 따라 슬롯 다이에 수용된 필름원액의 점성 및 응집력이 그대로 유지되어 토출되는 필름원액의 토출량, 두께 및 균제도를 개선시킬 수 있고, 제1 커팅부가 건조부의 후방에 배치되어 줄형상 코팅체로 형성된 구강용해필름을 폭 방향으로 절개시킴으로써 길이방향으로 길게 늘어진 줄형상 코팅체를 정확한 길이로 절개시켜 낱개로 가공시킬 수 있는 슬롯다이를 이용한 줄형상 코팅 및 전면 코팅용 ODF 제조 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.

Procedimiento y sistema ciberfísico de manipulación y mecanizado de un panel rígido, que comprende: recoger, mediante un robot manipulador (1), el panel (100) de una cinta transportadora (4) e introducirlo en una máquina de corte (2); realizar automáticamente en la máquina de corte (2) un proceso de perfilado y mecanizado de una ranura lateral (110) perimetral a lo largo de las caras laterales del panel (100); liberar la fijación del panel (100) a la mesa de trabajo (23); extraer, mediante el robot manipulador (1), el panel de la máquina de corte (2) y colocarlo de nuevo sobre la cinta transportadora (4) en la posición de inicio (PI). Un sensor de distancia (S3), fijado al cabezal (21) de la máquina de corte (2), determina la posición de las aristas del panel (100).

A ball-lock tool retainer insert includes a retainer insert body having a generally flat top and bottom face arid a generally elongated non-circular cross-section. A lower portion and an upper portion of the retainer insert body each have a constant cross-section with the upper portion cross-section being larger than the lower portion crosssection thereby forming an enlarged shoulder. The retainer insert body has a tool aperture with a constant cross-section extending from the top face to the bottom face for receiving a tool and an angle hole adjacent the tool aperture extending from the top face and partially extending into the tool aperture for holding a ball lock. The retainer insert body is adapted to be received by a retainer block having a generally elongated non- circular hole with a counterbore such that the enlarged shoulder of the retainer insert body fits into the counterbore.
