Abstract: 본 발명은 액상 및 파우더 화장품 겸용 퍼프 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 폴리에스터 원단의 파일을 컷팅하여 파일 길이를 조절한 후, 상기 폴리에스터 원단을 우레탄 스펀지와 우레탄 접착제로 접착해 우레탄 스펀지에 방수라미네이팅을 하지 않아도 방수층이 형성되는 동시에 폴리에스터 원단이 유동하지 않도록 하여 화장료를 밀착력있게 도포할 수 있도록 시트를 제조한 다음, 상기 시트의 가장자리를 초음파 융착으로 실링하는 동시에 재단하여 퍼프 내부 및 측면으로 화장료가 침투되지 못하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 및 파우더 화장품 겸용 퍼프 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하며, 본 발명의 퍼프 및 제조방법에 따르면 퍼프를 액상 화장품과 파우더 화장품 겸용 퍼프로 사용할 수 있으며, 퍼프의 단면두께와 퍼프의 재단선 크기를 줄일 수 있고, 화장료 및 피부의 유분이 우레탄 스펀지 내로 침투하지 못하도록 할 수 있으며, 폴리에스터 원단이 유동하지 않아 화장료가 밀착력있게 도포되고, 퍼프의 생산성이 향상되며, 퍼프의 생산단가를 낮추는 효과가 있다.
