    摘要: An O/W aqueous dispersion which is obtained by mixing a radical-polymerizable thermosetting resin and water to evenly disperse particles of the resin in the aqueous phase. The aqueous dispersion is stable and thixotropic, has excellent workability, and gives a porous cured article in which fine particles have been bonded to one another so as to form interconnected fine pores among the particles. Also provided is an FRP precision filter medium comprising a porous cured article which is a reinforcement-containing particle aggregate obtained by curing the O/W aqueous dispersion in the presence of a reinforcement and which contains approximately spherical fine particles bonded to one another, has interconnected pores among the particles bonded, and has an effective pore diameter of 0.1 to 1.0 mu m and a porosity of 10 to 40 vol.%.
