Gegenstand der Erfindung sind neuartige Membranen, in denen maßgeschneiderte Membrantransport-Proteine (wie z.B. TCDB klassifizierte Proteine) als porenbildende Proteine (z.B. FhuA) oder Peptide, die als Poren in der Membran fungieren. Die Membranen können vorzugsweise sowohl durch das Verlinken von synthetisierten Protein-Polymer-Konjugaten als auch durch direktes Verlinken der porenbildende Proteine und Peptide hergestellt werden. Solche Membranen zeichnen sich durch viele herausstechende Merkmale aus, die bisher existierende Membranen nicht bieten können.

본 발명은 박막 복합 분리막(thin film composite membrane, 이하 TFC) 제조 공정에 관한 것으로, 듀얼(이중층)-슬롯코팅 기술을 이용하여 단일(1-step)공정으로 분리막을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 듀얼(이중층)-슬롯코팅 공정에서는, 반응성의 두 종류의 유기 단량체가 용해되어있는 비혼성(immiscible)의 두 용액을 다공성 지지체 위에 동시 도포/접촉시키는 단일공정을 통해 이중 용액층을 형성시키고, 이중층 계면에서 유기 단량체간의 가교반응을 통해 선택층을 합성시킴으로써, TFC 분리막을 제조할 수 있다.

A two-layer photo-responsive membrane including a polymer layer and a support layer, the polymer layer being disposed on a surface of the support layer. The polymer layer is formed of a graft copolymer that contains a hydrophobic backbone and multiple side chains, the side chains each consisting of repeat units that switch between a hydrophobic form and a hydrophilic form upon exposure to a light of a specific wavelength. The polymer layer has a molecular weight cut-off of 3,000 to 250,000 Daltons and a thickness of 50 nm to 10 µm; and the support layer has a molecular weight cut-off of 50 to 250,000 Daltons. Also disclosed is a method of preparing this two-layer photo-responsive membrane.

The invention relates to composite materials, more specifically to composite membrane materials on the basis of polymeric materials used for the purification of a liquid, in particular drinking water. The novel composite material for the purification of a liquid by filtration is formed from a polymeric membrane in the form of a fibrillar-porous matrix comprising a hydrophilic polymer and a metallic antibacterial agent. The fibrillar-porous matrix comprises, at least in part of the volume thereof, stable active zones consisting of clusters of a metallic antibacterial agent in combination with molecules of hydrophilic polymer, wherein at least some of the clusters of metallic antibacterial agent are bonded to one another and to the surface of the pores of the matrix by means of the molecules of hydrophilic polymer, wherein at least some of the clusters of metallic antibacterial agent are additionally chemically bonded to the surface of the pores of the matrix, wherein the mean distance between the active zones is smaller than at least three times the mean diameter of the pores of the matrix. The technical result achieved using the invention consists in achieving stable hydrophilicity of the polymeric membrane during use thereof while at the same time maintaining the permeability of the polymeric membrane and increasing the bacteriostasis of the composite material. An additional technical result achieved using the invention consists in increasing the bacteriostasis of the juxtamembrane region during filtration of a liquid.

Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Regeneration beladener aminhaltiger Waschmittellösungen aus Gaswaschprozessen von Gasen wie Biogase, Abgase aus chemischen Prozessen oder Erd- und Erdölbegleitgase, in der CO 2 und/oder Schwefelverbindungen chemisch gebunden verliegen. Die Waschmittellösung wird auf 20 - 96 °C erwärmt und mit einem Flushgas in Kontakt gebracht und über 3 bis 180 Min. abgestrippt und nach der Abtrennung der Flushgaskomponente als Kondensat einer Membran oder ähnlichen Abtrenneinheit zugeführt, wo der nichtkondensierte Flushgasanteil abgetrennt wird. Das kondensierte Flushgas wird wieder verdampft und in den Kreislauf zurückgeführt. Die Desorption ist sehr effektiv und nahezu vollständig, und durch die niedrige Erwärmungstemperatur können technische Niedertemperaturquellen verwendet werden wie Blockheizkraftwerk-Kühlwasserabwärme, Solarwärme, Erdwärme, industrielle Abwärme und/oder Prozesswärme.
