    Abstract: A wireless roaming method and related system are provided. The method is applicable to an access control device and includes: determining a moving direction of a mobile device that is in a first connection connecting with a first access point; establishing, by a second access point and in response to a determination that the moving direction meets a preset condition, a second connection connecting the mobile device with the second access point, and disconnecting, by the first access point, the first connection. The first access point and the second access point are both connected to the access control device, and have a same static address or a same Identity Resolving Key. This method allows the mobile device to securely and seamlessly roam within the coverage areas of different access points.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for error handling in an integrated development environment (IDE) are provided. One of the methods, applicable to an IDE server, includes: sending a project package comprising a plurality of components supporting development of an application to an IDE terminal in response to a query of the IDE terminal; receiving a first error identifier indicating an error that occurs to the project package from the IDE terminal; determining an erroneous component where the error occurs from the plurality of components in the project package based on the first error identifier; determining a diagnosis solution corresponding to the first error identifier and the erroneous component by looking up mapping relationships stored on the server between error identifiers and diagnosis solutions associated with the plurality of components; and returning the determined diagnosis solution to the IDE terminal.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for determining routing using reinforcement learning (RL) are provided. One of the methods includes: initializing a state of an RL model based on a routing solution, wherein the RL model comprises a plurality of improvement actions for applying to the state; applying one or more of the plurality of improvement actions to the state to obtain updated routing solutions until a predetermined condition is satisfied; applying a perturbation action to obtain a perturbed routing solution and feeding the perturbed routing solution back to the RL model for the RL model to perform the applying one or more of the plurality of improvement actions according to the policy; and determining a routing solution with a minimum cost from the updated routing solutions.

    Abstract: A non-volatile memory device includes a plurality of memory cells arranged in a matrix, a plurality of word lines extended in a row direction, and a plurality of bit lines extended in a column direction. Each of the memory cells is coupled to one of the word lines and one of the bit lines. The memory device further includes a word-line control circuit coupled to and configured to control the word lines, a first bit-line control circuit configured to control the bit lines and sense the memory cells in a digital mode, and a second bit-line control circuit configured to bias the bit lines and sense the memory cells in an analog mode.     Abstract: Hierarchical multi-agent reinforcement learning may be used for joint order dispatching and fleet management for ride-sharing platforms. Information may be obtained. The information may include a status of a ride- sharing platform and a set of messages. The obtained information may be input into a trained hierarchical reinforcement learning (HRL) model. The trained HRL model may include at least one manager module corresponding to a region, and the at least one manager module may include a set of worker modules each corresponding to a division the region. At least one goal of the division in the region may be obtained based on the status of the ride- sharing platform and the set of messages. A vehicle action may be generated for each vehicle in the division in the region based on the status of the ride- sharing platform, the set of messages, and the at least one goal.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for managing a compromised autonomous vehicle server are described herein. A processor may obtain an indication of a first server configured to control an autonomous vehicle being compromised. The autonomous vehicle may have previously been provisioned with a first public key. The first public key may be paired with a first private key. A processor may compile command information. The command information may include a command for the autonomous vehicle and a digital certificate of a second server configured to control the autonomous vehicle in the event of the first server being compromised. The digital certificate may include a second public key and may be signed with the first private key. The command may be signed with a second private key associated with the second server. The second private key may be paired with the second public key.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for managing networked communication sessions are described herein. A processor may obtain, by a driver running in a first operating mode of the one or more processors, session information and content information from a client application to be communicated to an external entity over a network. The processor may redirect, by the driver, the session information and the content information to a local proxy running in a second operating mode of the one or more processors via a local listening port of the local proxy. The redirecting may comprise modifying the session information to generate modified session information. The processor may establish a communication channel between the local proxy and the external entity by modifying the modified session information to communicate the content information to the external entity.

    Abstract: A method for ride order dispatching comprises: obtaining a current location of a current vehicle from a computing device associated with the current vehicle; obtaining a current list of available orders nearby based on the current location; feeding the current location, the current list of available orders nearby, and a current time to a trained Markov Decision Process (MDP) model to obtain action information, the action information being repositioning the current vehicle to another current location or completing a current ride order by the current vehicle; and transmitting the generated action information to the computing device to cause the current vehicle to reposition to the another current location, stay at the current location, or accept the current ride order by proceeding to a pick-up location of the current ride order.
