The present invention relates to a novel compound, or a stereoisomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for human-11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11β-HSD1) comprising the same. The invention provides a compound, which has excellent activity and solubility and is more efficiently formulated and delivered, and a pharmaceutical composition for human-11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 comprising the same.

The present invention relates to a buckle including a frame, a tongue inserted into the frame and locked with the frame, an ejector provided in the frame to push the tongue outward from the frame, a holder that prevents the ejector from pushing the tongue outward from the frame by being displaced forward the ejector, thereby maintaining locking of the tongue, and a withdrawal prevention unit that prevents the holder from moving back beyond withdrawing and being displaced backward the ejector when an impact is applied from an outside of the frame, thereby preventing the locking of the tongue from being released by the impact.

Disclosed are an apparatus and method for controlling reel games according to the present invention, including a display part for displaying an alignment status of reels caused by playing a first reel game; a control part for determining whether a combination of symbols or the number of event symbols of at least one or more reels sequentially re-aligned out of the reels satisfies a predetermined event-playing condition, and for playing the event; and a user interface part for inputting user's random halt settings to spins of at least one or more remaining reels yet to be re¬ aligned out of the reels based on the playing of the event, and for stopping corresponding reel spins, wherein the control part provides a second reel game corresponding to the event depending on whether the combination of symbols or the number of event symbols of the reels appearing as a result of the playing of the event satisfies a predetermined event- winning condition. This invention discloses a spout cap having a two steps type straw part to easily pour contents in a metal container in the desired place. This invention comprises: a coupling part fixedly coupling with the pouring hole of the metal container; a first straw part extending at a predetermined length on the interior face of said coupling part; a cap coupling part having a pouring outlet through which contents in said metal container flow out, wherein said cap coupling part is selectively positioned in an overlapped disposition or an unfolded disposition with respect to said first straw part; an extension part arranged between said first straw part and said cap coupling part, wherein said extension part is capable of extending the unfolded length when said cap coupling part is unfolded with respect to said first straw part; a second straw part extended from the upper inner face of said extension member at a predetermined length and coupled with the lower end of said cap coupling part; and a can plug coupling with said cap coupling part. In order to retain the outermost diameter and the entire assembly height of the spout cap according to this invention as the same as the prior art spout cap, and to extend the height of the pouring outlet to twice or more as compared with the prior art spout cap, the straw parts by which contents in the container are flowed out are constructed as a two steps type so that contents in the container can be correctly poured into the desired place.

Disclosed are an apparatus, a system and a method for reducing standby power of an electronic appliance, and an apparatus for reducing standby power of an electrical outlet. The apparatus for reducing the standby power of the electronic appliance includes: a starting switch connected to an external power source for providing power from the external power source to the electronic appliance through a first channel, operating the electronic appliance by providing an operation signal for operating the electronic appliance to the electronic appliance, and disconnecting the external power source connected through the first channel; and a power hold switch device connected to the electronic appliance through a second channel, the power hold switch device providing power from the external power source to the electronic appliance through the second channel when receiving a power hold control signal provided by the operating electronic appliance, and disconnecting power provided by the external power source through the second channel when receiving no power hold control signal. As a result, with only one switch operation, the electronic appliance is connected to a power source, and operates at the same time. When a computer (i.e. the electronic appliance) changes from an operating state to a standby state, the power is automatically disconnected from the computer, so that the computer changes to a non-power consuming state. Accordingly, the standby power of the computer is cut by minimizing the standby state thereof, so that it can be minimized.

Disclosed is an alarm system on the marine structure against the vessel collision such as a buoy or light buoy capable of ascertaining damage ofdamage to the marine structure and reliably clarifying where responsibility of a collided vessel lies by rapidly informing a remote site of a collision of the marine structure with the vessel when the marine structure collides with the marine vessel. An information acquisition unit collects and outputs collision information when a marine structure having a buoy or light buoy is damaged from collision with a marine vessel. A wireless data logger receives and transmitting transmits the collision information from the information acquisition unit through wireless communication. A remote server analyzes and compares the collision information from the wireless data logger with set information, and informing informs a manager of the occurrence of an impact applied to the marine structure using an alarm output means when the impact exceeds a predetermined magnitude.

Disclosed is a separate type nursing bottle, which includes two separate bodies so as to allow a user to cleanly wash the bodies in a convenient manner. The separate type nursing bottle includes an upper body, a lower body, and a connector. The upper body has a pipe-shape and includes screw parts formed at an outer circumferential surface of one end of the upper body and at an outer circumferential surface spaced a predetermined distance from another end of the upper body, respectively. The lower body has a bowl-shape, has an open side engaged with an outer circumferential periphery of the other end of the upper body, and includes a locking jaw formed along an outer circumferential periphery of one end of the open side. The connector has a pipe- shape, has a locking jaw so as to allow the connector to be assembled with an outer side of the upper body while one end of the connector is locked in the locking jaw of the lower body, and also has a screw part engaged with the screw part of the another end of the upper body. The upper body from the screw part to the other end is slanted toward a central axis of the upper body so that an inner diameter is smaller toward the other end. The lower body is made from material, which is more flexible than material of the upper body, so as to allow a shape of the lower body to be easily changed. As a result, there is a sanitary advantage in that the user can cleanly wash the interior of the nursing bottle, and convenience can be provided to the user while washing the bottle.

Disclosed are an organic electrolyte for a lithium-ion battery and a lithium-ion battery comprising the same, wherein the electrolyte includes a base electrolyte containing a lithium salt dissolved in an organic solvent, and diphenyloctyl phosphate added thereto in an amount of 0.1 to 20wt%. As compared to a conventional organic electrolyte using only a carbonate ester-based solvent, such as ethylene carbonate, ethyl methyl carbonate, etc., the lithium-ion battery employing the organic electrolyte can improve thermal stability of an electrolyte solution, high-rate performance, and charge/discharge cyclability of a battery, while maintaining battery performance of the base electrolyte.

Disclosed is a system which manages the entrance and exit of a vehicle (hereinafter, referred to as a "trailer"), including a truck, entering/leaving a predetermined place, checks materials loaded on the trailer, and directs/manages information on a subsequent transportation plan of the trailer. The system includes: a radio communication means for acquiring the electronic invoice information and the vehicle information stored in the trailer in response to the approach of the trailer to an entrance/exit gate, transmitting the acquired electronic invoice information and vehicle information, and forming a communication channel with an externally located physical distribution management server; an entrance/exit control execution means for executing entrance control of the trailer in response to a control signal related to entrance/exit management, and displaying a predetermined message and subsequent transportation information related to the entrance/exit management; an image acquisition means for capturing a front surface of the trailer in response to a control signal related to the entrance/exit management, and transmitting the captured front surface of the trailer; and an entrance/exit control means for receiving previously stored information on entrance/exit and a transportation plan of materials from the physical distribution management server, comparing the electronic invoice information and the vehicle information provided by the radio communication means with the received information on the entrance/exit and the transportation plan of the materials, and outputting a compared result and a control signal related to the entrance/exit management in response to the approach of the trailer. Accordingly, the system increases the efficiency of a physical distribution management process, and thoroughly monitors the loss and the damage of the materials, thereby preventing cost loss from occurring.

Disclosed is a helical turbine power generation system for generating electricity by using a helical turbine and an overload prevention generator, the system including: a helical turbine rotatably provided in a frame so as to continuously generate rotation force under unidirectional or multidirectional fluid flow; a step-up gear for increasing a rotational velocity of the helical turbine up to a level required for generating electricity; and an overload prevention generator for generating electricity by using the rotational velocity transferred from the step-up gear, and for preventing overload caused by a sudden increase in a rotational velocity. Therefore, it is possible to reduce equipment costs and to prevent environmental pollution.
