Abstract: An Array Core Block for an AESA includes a stack of 2*M alternating N- channel RFIC and MMIC Power Amplifier wafers bonded together by a wafer¬ scale direct bond hybrid (DBH) interconnect process. This process forms both metal-to-metal and dielectric hydrogen bonds between bonding surfaces to seal the wafer stack. Each array core block includes an array of through substrate metal vias to distribute DC bias, LO and information signals. Each array core block also includes a cooling system including micro-channels formed on a backside of at least one of the chips in each bonded pair and through substrate via holes formed through the stack that operatively couple the micro-channels for all of the bonded pairs to receive and circulate a fluid through the micro-channels and through substrate via holes to cool the RFIC and MMIC Power Amplifier chips and to extract the heated fluid.

Abstract: Devices and techniques for triggering early termination of cooperating processes in a processor are described herein. A system includes multiple memory-compute nodes, wherein a memory-compute node comprises: event manager circuitry configured to establish a broadcast channel to receive event messages; and thread manager circuitry configured to organize a plurality of threads to perform portions of a cooperative task, wherein the plurality of threads each monitor the broadcast channel to receive event messages on the broadcast channel, and wherein upon achieving a threshold operation, the thread manager circuitry is to use the event manager circuitry to broadcast, on the broadcast channel, an event message indicating that the cooperative task is complete, causing other threads, in response to receiving the event message, to terminate execution of their respective portions of the cooperative task.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are surgical impact tools and methods of use thereof. The surgical impact tools can include a roller assembly, an impact structure, and a tool holder. The roller assembly can be connected to a motor and include a plurality of rollers supported by a respective roller arm. The impact structure can define a spring and an impact cavity including forward and reverse impact surfaces. The impact structure can include a wall comprising a plurality of thread elements connected to the wall and engageable with the roller assembly. Each of the thread elements can include a pair of helical end surfaces and a pair of axially extending surfaces that are engaged by the plurality of rollers. During use rotation of the roller assembly against the helical ends of the thread elements can cause axial movement of the impact structure to apply a load on the spring and generate impact forces.

Abstract: Various implants and surgical techniques for dynamic spinal tethering systems are discussed. In an example, a spinal tethering system can comprise a flexible elongate spinal tethering cord and a plurality of vertebral implants connecting the cord across at least four spinal levels, in this example, each vertebral implant of the plurality of vertebral implants can include a dynamic head coupling each vertebral implant to the cord. The dynamic head of each vertebral implant can be configured to share cord tension across multiple spinal levels by releasing a first tension generated at a first level between two vertebral implants of the plurality of vertebral implants to generate a second tension across two spinal levels between three vertebral implants of the plurality of vertebral implants, wherein the second tension is lower than the first tension.

Abstract: A system and method for allocating a recurring resource is described. The system receives a request to allocate the recurring resource of an application to computing devices associated with one or more users. The system identifies a cadence of the recurring resource and a range based on the cadence. A period is determines based on the cadence and the range. The system accesses user resource data of the application for each period and iteratively computes a resource availability score for the period based on the corresponding user resource data. The system determines that the resource availability score of an instance of the period is less than a threshold value and allocates the recurring resource to instances of the period where the corresponding resource availability score exceeds the threshold value.

Abstract: Systems and methods are directed using a machine learning model to determine content to display on a map. The system detects an event associated with a transportation service being requested via an application on a user device of a user. The system accesses real-time data (e.g., sensor data indicating location of the user device) and historical data associated with the user. The system also determines connectivity for a location of the client device. The connectivity can include one or more of a load time for an area that the user device is located, battery life of the user device, or network strength of a connection. Next, the system analyzes the accessed data and the connectivity to identify display elements to present on the client device based on the event. The system then causes presentation of the display elements on the client device.
