Abstract:
A battery assembly includes a battery that has a top surface surrounded by a circumferential edge; and a removable tab attached to the top surface. The removable tab includes a first tab end and an oppositely disposed second tab end; a gripping region disposed adjacent to the first tab end; and a battery cell attachment region disposed adjacent to the second tab end and attached to the top surface of the battery. The battery cell attachment region has first and second oppositely disposed sidewalls, wherein at least one of the first and second sidewalls is curved inwardly away from the circumferential edge of the battery such that a portion of the top surface of the battery is exposed between the sidewall and the circumferential edge of the battery
Abstract:
A laminate includes multiple paper layers, with at least one induction coil comprising first and second sets of windings. Two or more paper layers include the sets of windings comprising an electrically-conductive material. The sets of windings may be distributed throughout the laminate layers and provide good wireless induction charging performance in a compact space.
Abstract:
A portable beverage container (100) includes a container body (104) defining an interior adapted to store a liquid and a lid assembly (108) coupled to the container body. The lid assembly includes a base (112) removably coupled to the container body, a drinking element (124) removably disposed in a base opening (148) of the base (112), and a vent chamber (120) at least partially defined by the base. The vent chamber is arranged in fluid communication with an atmosphere exterior to the beverage container and the interior of the container body via a first vent opening (152) of the base. The lid assembly also includes a membrane (200) disposed over the first vent opening. The membrane allows air to flow between the interior of the container body and the vent chamber but substantially prevents the liquid from flowing out of the interior of the container body to the vent chamber.
Abstract:
In response to a query including a proposed trademark and or more search parameters, a system receives search results, each including at least one ascertainable text-based property and a numeric score indicative of a measure of similarity between the search result and the proposed trademark. To generate an interactive graphical representation of the search results, the system (i) generates a reference indicator for the proposed trademark at a reference location in the interactive graphical representation, (ii) determines, for each of the search results, a first offset along a first axis and a second offset along a second axis relative to the reference location using the numeric score and the at least one ascertainable text-based property of a respective search result, and (iii) generates, for each of the search results, a search result indicator in the interactive graphical representation, in accordance with the determined first and second offsets.
