Abstract: A handheld body cavity access device includes a handle having a distal end, a proximal end, a longitudinal axis, and a cavity. A dilator assembly has a proximal end coupled to the handle and a distal end. A blade assembly is at least partially disposed within the dilator assembly and has a proximal end, a distal end, and a blade hub coupled to the proximal end and disposed in the cavity of the handle. The dilator assembly is movable axially between a retracted position, in which a distal end of the blade assembly extends from the distal end of the dilator assembly, and an extended position, in which the distal end of the blade assembly is covered by the distal end of the dilator assembly. The blade hub includes a body defining a bore aligned with the longitudinal axis and a tab extending away from the longitudinal axis.

Abstract: A squeegee accessory for a wet/dry vacuum may include a housing and a squeegee assembly removably attached to a front end of the housing. The housing may include a front end including a fluid inlet, a back end including a fluid outlet, and a fluid flow path connecting the inlet and the outlet. The squeegee assembly may include a bracket, a squeegee removably disposed between first and second plates of the bracket, and an insert removably disposed between first and second blades of the squeegee. The insert may have an elongated body and a rib disposed on the elongated body, the rib touching the inner surface of the squeegee to define a barrier of an airflow path formed between the insert and the squeegee.

Abstract: A filtering funnel assembly has an outer body having a plurality of panels. A first one of the panels is joinable to a second one of the panels to define a funnel. Each of the plurality of panels including a top edge and a bottom edge, the top edges define a funnel inlet and the bottom edges define a funnel outlet. A liner is nestable within the funnel, the liner has a top portion forming an opening and a bottom portion. A portion of the liner is configured to attach to a portion of the funnel. Abstract: A method of mixing a pharmaceutical solution including adding a gas into an interior compartment of a mix bag to form a headspace. The interior compartment of the mix bag includes a top portion and a bottom portion. The headspace adjacent to the top portion contains gas. The method includes adding a solvent into the mix bag, and establishing a bubble column in the interior compartment by activating a recirculation assembly. The recirculation assembly includes a connecting pathway operably coupled to a recirculation pump. A first end of the connecting pathway is coupled to a top gas recirculation port and a second end is coupled to a bottom gas recirculation port of the mix bag such that the recirculation pump draws the gas from the headspace and delivers the gas to the interior compartment via the bottom gas recirculation port. The method includes adding a solute into the mix bag.
