    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein for the authorization for groups of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Examples of enhancing in a UAS service supplier (USS) UAV authorization/authentication (UUAA) procedure to support UAV groups (also called swarms) are provided herein. In examples, a USS via a UAS network function (UAS NF) may provide group-specific provisioning parameters to a policy control function (PCF)/unified data management (UDM). The group-specific provisioning parameters may include at least one of: a group ID; UAV IDs of group members; a leader UAV ID; a USS address; or group subscription-related information. Examples of discovery messages are provided herein. The discovery messages may include at least one of a group ID; a leader UAV ID; and a remote UAV ID. Examples of direct link establishment messages and responses are provided herein. The direct link establishment messages and responses may include a group ID and a remote UAV ID.

    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may perform a listen before talk (LBT) procedure associated with a sidelink (SL) bandwidth. The SL bandwidth may include a resource block (RB) set. The WTRU may determine a CSLF associated with the RB set of the SL bandwidth based on the LBT procedure. The WTRU may determine a resource for reporting the CSLF, for example, based on a priority rule. The priority rule may indicate that a licensed resource has a higher priority than an unlicensed resource. The priority rule may indicate that, if a consistent LBT failure is not detected on an unlicensed uplink (UL) resource, the unlicensed UL resource has a higher priority than an unlicensed SL resource. The WTRU may send a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) using the determined resource. In examples, the MAC CE may indicate the RB set.

    Abstract: Media content may be adaptively (for example, selectively or partially) streamed based on temporal levels. The temporal levels may be indicated in a media content manifest (for example, a media presentation description (MPD)). For example, media samples for geometry-based point cloud compression (G-PCC) media content may be divided into temporal levels associated with temporal level identifiers. An MPD may indicate one or more adaptation sets associated with G-PCC media content. An adaptation set may be selected from multiple adaptation sets, A representation set may be determined from the selected adaptation set. An indication of a G-PCC descriptor associated with a representation of the representation set may be obtained from the MPD. Temporal levels present in the representation may be identified using the G-PCC descriptor, which may include a set of temporal level identifiers, The representation may be selected based on the G-PCC descriptor.

    Abstract: Reliability monitoring and indication may be provided for multicast and broadcast services (MBS). A WTRU may receive an MBS configuration for an INACTIVE state (e.g., suspend FTP and maintain PTM for split MRB). MBS configuration and suspend configuration may be associated with different areas (e.g. MBS area versus RAN area). Configurations may indicate reliability indication triggers (e.g., polling, event based, periodic), a reliability metric configuration, and/or a reliability indication configuration. A WTRU (e.g., in INACTIVE) may receive an MBS transmission (e.g., on MRB(s)), receive an MCCH (e.g., with trigger(s) for reliability indication during MCCH modification period), determine reliability metric(s) associated with MBS TB reception, monitor reliability metric(s) during time interval(s) for MCCH modification period(s), select RA resources (e.g., per mapping between resources and reliability metric value/range), indicate a reliability metric (e.g., transmit reliability indication via selected preamble and RO), and/or monitor RAR format responsive to the reliability indication transmission.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein regarding Radio Resource Control (RRC) state transitions. The state transitions may be performed with a deactivated Secondary Cell Group (SCG). The WTRU may receive configuration information associated with a transition to a first activity level from a second activity level. The configuration information may indicate one or more conditions associated with determining whether to resume the first activity level with an SCG activated or deactivated. The WTRU may select an SCG activation level to use in association with the first activity level based on the one or more conditions in the configuration information, current WTRU conditions, and current network conditions. The selected SCG activation level may be selected to resume the first activity level with the SCG activated or with the SCG deactivated. The WTRU may indicate, to a base station, the selected SCG activation level.

    Abstract: A transmitting wireless transmit/receive unit (Tx WTRU) may receive configuration information that indicates one or more parameters.     Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein for enhanced channel access. Resources may be configured to enable load-based equipment (LBE) access in an otherwise frame-based equipment (FBE) network. LBE access may be, for example, LBT category four (Cat 4). A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may determine whether an LBE resource is valid based on current channel occupancy. A WTRU may use an LBE resource as a function of a transmission priority (e.g., priority of the content of the transmission, for example a first PUSCH transmission may be associated with a first priority and a second PUSCH transmission may be associated with a second priority), transmission type (e.g., whether the transmission is for PUSCH or PUCCH, for DG-PUSCH or CG-PUSCH, for data or CSI or HARQ-ACK, etc.), requirement(s), and/or grant.     Abstract: A wireless transmit-reeeive unit (WTRU) may be provided. The WTRU may be configured to receive a first message from a first relay WTRU. The first message may indicate a service provided by a second WTRU and a first measurement associated with a broadcast message. The WTRU may be configured to determine a second measurement. The second measurement may be associated with the first message received from the first relay WTRU. The WTRU may be configured to send a second message to the first relay WTRU if the first measurement satisfies a first criteria for selecting a relay from a plurality of relays and the second measurement satisfies a second criteria for selecting the relay from the plurality of relays.     Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmissions. A WTRU may transmit uplink control information (UCI), for example, by encoding the UCI, distributing the coded bits to at least one symbol set, and transmitting at least one sequence over resources of at least one symbol set. A sequence for a (e.g., each) symbol set may be selected from a set of candidate sequences. The number of symbol sets and/or candidate sequences may depend on the number of coded bits assigned to the symbol set. A WTRU may determine a parameter of a transmission (e.g., a number of symbol sets), for example, based on an estimation of Doppler. Transmission may be performed in multiple resource blocks (RBs). Hopping of base sequence and/or cyclic shift may be used, for example, for interference randomization. Unequal error protection may be used for different types of UCI.
