Abstract:
An inkjet head (1) in which n number of line-type inkjet nozzles (2) are arranged in parallel to each other and each inkjet nozzle (2) has nozzles (4) that eject a liquid material and are arranged in a row. The inkjet nozzles (2) of the inkjet head (1) are arranged such that the positions of the nozzles (4) are displaced from each other by 1/n of a pitch P1 of the nozzles (4). As a result, the inkjet head (1) as a whole has a state equivalent to a state in which nozzles are placed at positions with a pitch corresponding to 1/n of one line-type inkjet nozzle (2).
Abstract:
Disclosed is a drying furnace for drying a coating film on a glass substrate, wherein the coating film is heated and dried while supporting the lower side of a glass substrate (6) with a constantly moving feed means (10, 18) for solving such a problem that after being supported for a long time, the lower side of the glass substrate would have marks of support which cause deterioration in the quality of the glass plate. With such a constitution, marks of pins (11, 12, 21) are hardly left on the glass substrate.
