Abstract:
A small-sized vibrating motor, comprising a cup-shaped external case (15) having a rise tube (15b) installed at the center of a closed face (15c), wherein a stator and a rotor are stored in the external case (15) from one shaft end of a shaft (1) for assembling a brush stand (10) thereto, the other shaft end of the shaft (1) is fitted into the tube of the rise tube (15b) from the inside of the external case (15), the external case (15) is positioned parallel with the shaft (1), the brush stand (10) is fitted from the opening side of the external case (15), and the external case (15) is fixedly held by the shaft (1) and the brush stand (10).
Abstract:
An actuator device for force-feeding air, comprising two diaphragms (8, 9) opposed to each other, voice coils (6, 7) installed on the surfaces of the diaphragms (8, 9), a magnet (2) formed integrally with pole pieces (3, 4), a yoke (5) opposed to the pole pieces (3, 4), and a housing (1) for holding airtight the relative distance of the diaphragm (8) to the diaphragm (9), wherein an air inlet (16) and an air outlet (17) leading to the relative distance between the diaphragms (8, 9) are provided in the housing, a stop valve (18) is installed on the inside of the housing in correspondence with the air inlet (16), and a stop valve (19) is installed on the outside thereof in correspondence with the air outlet (17), whereby the actuator device can be formed as an air pump formed of two repeatedly and continuously oscillating diaphragms (8, 9).
Abstract:
A small flat motor, comprising a stator (10) having a coil (10a) wound on a core (10b) and a rotor (11) having a magnet (11a) opposed to the core (10a) held by a yoke (11b), wherein the rotor (10) having an impeller (12) is supported by a fluid dynamic pressure bearing (13) having a fluid sump (13f) leading from the thrust receiving part (13a) of a bearing house (13b) to a fluid receiving groove (13e) formed around the outer periphery of a dynamic pressure sleeve (13d) fitted into the tube of the bearing house (13b).
Abstract:
A small flat motor capable of suppressing an installation height due to a reduced thickness, reducing the number of parts to reduce a cost, and increasing a reliability, comprising plate-like extension flanges (170a) to (170d) outwardly projected from the outer peripheral lower parts of winding frame edges (17b) to (17e), wherein the extension flanges (170a) to (170d) are formed as the assembly base of a motor assembly, and the taps (10a) and (10b) and (11a) and (11b) of coils (10) and (11) extracted from the core tube parts (12b) to (12e) of a core (12) are hooked to the extension flanges (170a) to (170d) and wired to a circuit board (19).
