Abstract: 本发明实施例提供一种确定策略和计费规则功能实体的方法、装置和系统。确定策略和计费规则功能实体的方法包括:第一PCRF接收第一路由代理设备发送的包括用户的IP地址的第一请求消息(S101);第一PCRF根据所述用户的IP地址来查询预先存储的IP地址和当前为用户服务的PCRF标识的对应关系,确定当前为所述用户服务的第二PCRF的标识(S102);将携带所述第二PCRF的标识的消息发送给所述第一路由代理设备,以使所述第一路由代理设备根据所述第二PCRF的标识将所述第一请求消息发送到所述第二PCRF(S103)。通过本发明实施例提供的确定PCRF的方法,可以将同一用户的会话路由到相同的PCRF,从而解决了双平面DRA在多PCRF组网情况下,同一用户的会话信息能路由到相同PCRF的问题,提供了可靠的DRA信令网组网。

Abstract: 提供了一种含硫钯/炭催化剂,其制备方法以及用该催化剂制备对苯二胺类橡胶防老剂的方法。所述含硫钯/炭催化剂的制备方法包括将钯负载到活性炭上,制得钯/炭催化剂;然后将钯/炭催化剂与溶剂混合制成浆料;随后将硫化物加入到浆料中,预定温度下搅泮,最后过滤,制得含硫钯/炭催化剂。将所述含硫钯/炭催化剂应用到对苯二胺类橡胶防老剂的制备中,不但提高了对苯二胺类橡胶防老剂的产率、抑制了原料被还原为相应的醇,而且提高了选择性。
