摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a product rich in epichlorohydrin comprising the steps of (a) reacting a mixture of dichlorohydrins and a base at a temperature in the range from 0-65°C and during a period of time in the range from 1 second to 180 minutes to obtain an epichlorohydrin-containing reaction mixture comprising two liquid phases,and (b) subjecting at least part of said reaction mixture as obtained in step a) to a membrane separation process driven by a pressure gradient wherein the mixture is separated into a first stream which is rich in epichlorohydrin and a second stream which is lean in epichlorohydrin.
