Abstract:
A method of controlling access rights for changing configuration of an electronic device is disclosed. The device comprises at least two subsystems, a mutex and a plurality of registers, wherein the subsystems share the same resource. The method comprises the steps of locking (106) the mutex by said first subsystem if a status of said mutex is free (102); checking (108) if the new configuration will adversely affect said second subsystem and if said checking shows that there is no adverse effect on said second subsystem then writing (116) said new configuration setting to a register for storing a configuration request.
Abstract:
An adjustment mechanism for a vehicle seat back inclination assembly comprising an output adapted to transfer rotary movement to a rotatable part of a vehicle seat back inclination assembly, a first drive operably connected to the output to provide rotary movement during operation of the first drive and a second, independent, drive operably connected to the output to provide rotary movement during operation of the second drive.
Abstract:
A protective housing for a utility line is provided. The housing (1) comprises at least two longitudinally arranged body members (3,5) pivotably connected to one another and each being adapted to receive a portion of the utility line. A resilient damping member (25) is located between the two body members (3,5) to provide damping to the relative motion between the body members (3,5) in service. The present invention thus protects the utility line from over-bending or kinking whilst prolonging the service life of the protective housing.
