Abstract:
A back plate for a harness (1) for carrying a hand-held motor-driven tool such as a clearing saw, the back plate including connections for shoulder straps (6) and further attachment straps, such as a waist belt (8). The back plate (2) comprises two rigid plate portions (4, 5) connectable to each other by means of a connection (3), said plate portions being adjustable in relation to each other to provide for good comfort for a user wearing the harness. Also provided is a harness including the back plate, and a hand-held motor-driven tool including the harness.
Abstract:
A medical device for introduction into a body comprises a body-insertable part (1, 3, 7, 10, 20, 30, 35, 40, 60, 70, 80) having a first electroactive polymer (13), integrated with the body-insertable part and comprising an electrically controllably releasable first substance. There is further disclosed a method for delivering a chemically active substance into a body.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (11) for the manufacture of an absorbent product comprising a rotatable slitting tool (1) having an extent in a radial direction and an extent in an axial direction perpendicular to the radial direction. The slitting tool (1) comprises a cutting part (2) comprising a plurality of cutting edges (3) having a first radius (R) and present between the cutting edges intermediate parts (4) situated at a smaller distance (r) from the axial centre line of the slitting tool (1) than the cutting edges (3). The invention is characterized in that the device (11) comprises a force-absorbing means (15) so arranged as to absorb forces from an abutment roller (16) at least when the intermediate parts (4) in the slitting tool (1) pass the abutment roller (16).
Abstract:
A riding lawn care vehicle may include a battery power source, an electric drive motor, at least one blade drive motor, a current sensor, and a controller. The electric drive motor may be powered by the battery power source. The electric drive motor may be operably coupled to wheels of the riding lawn care vehicle to provide drive power for the riding lawn care vehicle. The at least one blade drive motor may be powered by the battery power source. The at least one blade drive motor may be operably coupled to at least one cutting blade of the riding lawn care vehicle. The current sensor may be disposed to monitor total current drawn from the battery power source. The controller may receive total current data from the current sensor and provide feedback to an operator of the riding lawn care vehicle based on the total current data.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an attachment of the cutting deck assembly (3) with a main structure (2) of the lawn mower (1), to allow an easy disengagement of the cutting deck assembly (3) for cleaning and maintenance processes. A ride-on lawn mower (1) comprising a main structure (2) and a front mounted cutting deck assembly (3), wherein the main structure (2) comprises an elongated support member (4) for supporting the cutting deck assembly (3) in an operable position, characterized in that the cutting deck assembly (3) comprises an elongated attachment portion (8) adapted for sliding engagement with the support member (4) of the main structure (2) to form a rigidly secured mounting of the cutting deck assembly (3) to the main structure (2) and to enable a sliding dismounting of the cutting deck assembly (3) from the main structure (2).

Abstract:
The present invention deals with an arrangement for carrying a hand-held motor-driven tool on a harness having at least one shoulder strap. The arrangement comprises: a hip pad (20) arranged for connection to a harness (10), the hip pad having a principal surface (21); a hook (24) for receiving a tool; and a clamp (25) for connecting the hook (24) to the hip pad (20), the clamp being arranged at an attachment area (23) of the hip pad, and the clamp being openable such that the hook (24) can be released from the clamp (25). The hook (24) is further connected to the clamp (25) such that it is limited to be movable in a plane that is substantially perpendicular to said principal surface (21) at the attachment area (23) of the hip pad. Thereby, no sliding movement will occur between the hip pad and the hook or the tool, resulting in less wear of the hip pad and the tool.
