Abstract: Method for collecting objects of a batch, in a conveyor (3), in a material handling system, on which an object path is defined. Advantageously, the method comprises the following steps: - forming a row of objects (RO), extending transversely with respect to said object path, and having a maximum length substantially equal to the width of said conveyor (3), causing the release of the entire row of objects (RO) along said conveyor (3), said steps being repeated up to exhaustion of objects (4) of said batch, by collecting said objects according to a column formation of rows (RO) on said conveyor (3), providing a better use of its surface.
