    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a signal indicating respective execution conditions for a conditional handover (CHO) procedure for each of one or more candidate handover groups, the one or more candidate handover groups comprising a candidate cell group and a candidate relay group, and each candidate handover group associated with a different priority level. The UE may select a handover candidate for performing the CHO procedure based at least in part on determining that the respective execution condition is satisfied for one or more handover candidates of the one or more candidate handover groups and on the respective priority levels of the one or more candidate handover groups. The UE may perform the CHO procedure to the selected handover candidate.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may identify a relay pairing between a user equipment (UE) and a relay UE. The base station may additionally identify a configuration of the relay UE based on a handover decision associated with the relay pairing. The base station may indicate, to the UE, the configuration of the relay UE, an identifier of the relay UE, and that the UE is to switch to a sidelink communications link with the relay UE. The UE may then establish the sidelink communications link with the relay UE and may indicate, to the relay UE, that the sidelink communication link is for a handover associated with the relay pairing. Based on receiving the indication that the sidelink communication link is for the handover associated with the relay pairing, the relay UE may perform a connection setup procedure with the base station.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station via a relay UE. The base station may identify a relay pairing between the UE and a relay UE by selecting the relay UE from a set of relay UE candidates. The base station may additionally identify a connection state of the relay UE based on a measurement report received from the UE. In a case that the base station identifies that the relay UE is in an idle state or an inactive state, a paging message may be transmitted to the relay UE prior to the base station performing a connection establishment procedure or a connection resumption procedure with the relay UE. For example, an access and mobility management function (AMF) or an anchor base station associated with the relay UE may transmit the paging message to the relay UE.

    Abstract: Programmable spatial array processing circuitry may be programmable to perform multiple different types of matrix decompositions. The programmable spatial array processing circuitry may include an array of processing elements. When programmed with a first instructions, the array performs a first type of matrix decomposition. When programmed with second instructions, the array performs a second type of matrix decomposition. Individual processing elements of the programmable spatial array processing circuitry may avoid having individual instruction memories. Instead, there may be an instruction memory that provides a portion of the first instructions or a portion of the second instructions sequentially to one processing element of a row of processing elements to sequentially propagate to other processing elements of the row of processing elements.
