The present invention relates to a heat exchanger wherein heat transmission between heating water passing through the inside of a heat exchange pipe and combustion gas is carried out efficiently. The heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of heat exchange pipes through which heating water passes, having a flat tubular cross section with opened ends; 1st and 2nd fixing plates having pipe insertion holes which are spaced from each other at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction, wherein both side ends of each heat exchange pipes are inserted into the pipe insertion holes; 1st and 2nd parallel flow path caps respectively fixed to the 1st and 2nd fixing plates and forming parallel flow paths by closing the both side ends of the heat exchange pipes; a heating water inlet connected to the 1st parallel flow path cap; and a heating water outlet connected to one of the 1st and 2nd parallel flow path caps. The cross section of the heat exchange pipe is in the shape wherein concave and convex portions are alternately repeated in the width direction of the heat exchange pipe to extend a flow path of the combustion gas which passes between the heat exchange pipes.

Disclosed are an anti-static adhesive composition, and a polarizing plate and/or a surface protective film fabricated using the same. More particularly, an anti-static adhesive composition for imparting enhanced anti-static properties, including a metal salt represented by Formula 1 as an anti-static agent so as to sufficiently inhibit generation of static electricity while not deteriorating inherent physical properties of an adhesive such as adhesiveness, durability and reliability, etc., is provided. In addition, a polarizing plate and and/or a surface protective film fabricated using the foregoing anti-static adhesive composition are provided. Disclosed is an automatic video summarization device and method using a fuzzy OC-SVM (one-class support vector machine) algorithm. A user’s subjective decision is reflected in order to generate an effective video summary, and a method for generating flexible video summary information which satisfies the user’s environment or requirements is provided. Important video segments are extracted from a given video, and a sequence of key frames is extracted from the video segments, and hence, the user can catch the contents of the video quickly and access desired video scenes.

A container part includes a main cap, a fixed clamp and a movable clamp mounted on the lower surface of the main cap to be connected with a ring portion of the container, and a nozzle pressurizing member mounted on the lower center of the main cap and having a pressure protrusion, so that a nozzle, the pressure protrusion and a hose are communicated with one another when the main cap is coupled to the upper end of the container. A comb part includes a comb body having a section of a heart shape, a nozzle bar having a first spray holes, a teeth base having an O-shaped ring and second spray holes, and a teeth portion having lots of teeth of the comb and third spray holes formed in a line. The nozzle bar and the teeth base are put and connected on an opening portion of the comb body, and then, the teeth portion is connected to the comb body to communicate the first to third spray holes with one another.

The present invention is to describe the changing shape of an object in a video segment. The present invention is a representative shape-sequence image obtained by overlapping shapes of an object with keeping its position on the screen and a texture descriptor for the sequence image. Segment-to-segment matching is possible by measuring similarity between shape sequence images using a texture descriptor applied on the image.

The environment-friendly waterwheel type water power generation apparatus includes: a waterway including a middle part having a narrow width and front and rear ends that each have a wide width, the waterway having a large sectionally circular shape; a waterwheel disposed between the rear end and the middle portion of the waterway and including a plurality of water receiving parts for receiving water, the waterwheel being repeatedly rotated about a central shaft coupled by both bearings by water passing through the waterway; a generator connected to the central shaft of the waterwheel to generate electricity; and an accelerating gear connected to the central shaft of the waterwheel to increase the rotation rate of the generator.
