    Abstract: Tamper-proof bottle cases for securely storing and shipping products are disclosed. In some examples, the bottle case is a single-piece molded casing (100) that includes a face surface (104), a bottle cavity (102), a neck recess (106), and a first flap (108) hingeably connected to the face surface (104). The first flap (108) can include a bottle door (112) that is tearably connected to the first flap (108). The bottle door (112) can include a neck-holding protrusion (113). When a bottle (502) is stored within a casing (100), the neck-holding protrusion (113) abuts the bottle neck. The first flap (108) is then permanently secured to the face surface (104), and the only way to remove the bottle (502) is to tear and open the bottle door (112). In other examples, the bottle case is a two-piece system including a molded cover (1202) and a molded base (1204). The molded cover (1202) can include the neck-holding protrusion (113). The molded cover (1202) is permanently attached to the molded base (1204) to secure the bottles (502).

    Abstract: The disclosed systems and methods relate to improved tamper-proof cases (100) for securely storing and shipping products. A case (100) can include a back panel (102), two sidewalls (104, 106), an upper foldable section (200), and a lower foldable section (300). The features of the case (100) can be manufactured on a single sheet of material. The upper and lower foldable sections (200, 300) include panels (202, 302) having apertures (204, 304) for holding the top and bottom of a product, respectively. The upper foldable section (200) includes one or more fasteners (220) that secures the upper foldable section (200) to the sidewalls (104, 106). Once secured, the products cannot be removed from the case (100) without showing evidence of the removal. The case (100) systems can also include one or more inserts, for example an upper insert (900) and a lower insert (700), to provide additional structural support to the case (100) and protection for the products stored therein.

    Abstract: Improved tamper-proof bottle cases for securely storing and shipping products are disclosed. The bottle case can include a rear tray with a slot to accept the neck of the bottle. A front tray can be slid onto the rear tray to enclose the bottle. The front tray can include a security flap that prevents removal of the neck of the bottle from the slot. The security flap can be partially torn to release the bottle from the slot. In some examples, a tamper-proof bottle case may include a security panel. In a closed configuration, the security panel can secure a bottle within the bottle case. A security latch on a front panel may extent at least partially over the security panel. Upon detaching the security latch from the front panel, the security panel can open and a bottle can be removed from the case.
