    Abstract: The invention relates to a fluorescent covering for roads, parking areas etc., which fluoresces upon illumination with ultraviolet light. It comprises organic optical whiteners and pigments, and is characterized in that the binder consists of a solid solution of an amorphous polymer mixture having a glass transition temperature of 20 DEG C to 60 DEG C and a coefficient of elasticity which is less than 1000 MPa at -10 DEG C and greater than 1 MPa at +60 DEG C and which fluoresces upon illumination with ultraviolet light.
