Abstract:
A method for replacing salts inside a self-regenerating breather device for power electrical apparatus, such as transformers, comprising the following steps: - disconnecting said self-regenerating breather device from a suction duct of a power electrical apparatus; - rotating and overturning said breather device; - opening a lower flange (15) of the breather device; - removing a split pin or another closing system and removing a closure net (16) of the tank (12) of said self-regenerating breather device, said tank (12) containing said salts to be replaced; - replacing said salts by completely overturning said breather device over a container; - further overturning said breather device; - filling said tank (12) with new salts.
Abstract:
An off-circuit tap changer (10, 20), with actuating mechanism, for electrical transformers, of the type comprising a frame which includes at least two elongated bars (11), to which a series of stud-type fixed contacts (12) is integrally connected, arranged orthogonally in series, and a set of movable rubbingblock contacts (14) which slide on the fixed contacts (12) thanks to the actuation of a worm screw (23) ; a nut thread is fitted or made in the end part of an insulating tube (27), coaxial with and outside the worm screw (23), so that the set of movable contacts (14) is fixed, by means of a shaped adaptor (28), in the end part of the insulating tube (27) opposite the nut thread. In this way, the nut thread is in a different position from that of the set of movable contacts (14) with respect to the overall length of the tap changer (10, 20), permitting the use of movable contacts (14) unconstrained by the dimensions of the tube (27) and/or worm screw (23).
Abstract:
A Buchholz relay (1) for comprising a support frame (2) in contact with the oil, drive means (3) coupled to the support frame (2), switching means (4), operatively connected with the drive means (3) and suitable for an alarm circuit and/or a shutdown circuit of the electrical equipment, a regulation valve (5) of the oil flow, coupled to the support frame (2), suitable to be affected by the oil flow in order to define a first position in which it disables the shutdown circuit and a second position in which, if the oil discharge exceeds a certain threshold, it enables the shutdown circuit. The Buchholz relay (1) also includes biasing means associated with the support frame (2) and with the valve (5) to keep the latter in the first position.
Abstract:
A detachable connecting device for vacuum tap changers (10) for electrical transformers, of the type suitable to constitute at least a fixed contact (12), which is positioned on a tap changer (10) rod-shaped body (11) associated with drive actuators means (13) acting on supports (15) containing mobile contacts set to a reference voltage and sliding on fixed contacts (12); in particular, the detachable connecting device comprises a pin (23) on which is preassembled an elastic element kept in position by a peg (24) placed orthogonally to the walls of the pin (23). The pin (23), inserted into a shaped bush (29) which is inserted, in turn, in a respective opening of the rod-shaped body (11) of the tap changer (10), is pushed beyond the thickness of the aforesaid rod-shaped body (11) and rotated in any direction, in such a way to bring the peg (24) within a seat (39) provided on a surface of the bush (29).
Abstract:
A self-regenerating breather device of a power electrical apparatus, such as a power electrical transformer, comprising an external casing (10), an electronic board (1 1 ), at least one tank (12), which has air inlet openings (14) to pass dehumidifying air and outlet openings (14) to pass dehumidified air, said tank (12) containg absorption means, such as thermally regenerable granules or salts, for dehumidifying air coming from the outside, a regeneration system of said absorption means and means for activating said regeneration system, characterized in that said at least one tank (12) of the breather device communicates, through a duct (22), with an oil filtering device (15) and a one-way valve or membrane (16) is placed on the bottom of the breather device and is configured to open or close said inlet and outlet openings (14) of said at least one tank (12) depending on whether the breather device is, respectively, exhalating or discharging air to the outside or breathing air from the outside.
Abstract:
An improved dryer (1) dehumidifying the air intended for oil expansion tanks used in electrical equipments including a dehumidification container (2), which presents an inlet for the air to be dehumidified and an outlet (3) for the dehumidified air, absorption means (4), contained in the dehumidification container (2) and which dehumidify y the air coming from the outside, heating means (5), positioned inside the dehumidification container (2) and which regenerate the absorption means (4), detection means (6) of the dehumidification degree of the absorption means (4), operatively connected with the heating means (5), which determine the saturation state of the absorption means (4). The detection means (6) include a transducer (7), coupled to the dehumidification container (2), which directly measures the degree of dehumidification of the absorption means (4).
