An electromagnetic relay in which a contact mechanism section (50) provided on a base (10) is driven by a card (60) which slides in parallel with the axis of an electromagnet section (20) provided on the base (10) in response to the excitation and demagnetization of the section (20). A guide section (17) which controls the position of the card (60) is provided on the base (10). Therefore, the electromagnetic relay has stable operation characteristics and can be manufactured with a high producibility. The contact has a long life.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a fixation assembly for a contact element in gas or air insulated switchgear for medium- or high-voltage use, which is electrically connecting the contact element to a main current path, and mechanically connecting to a frame or support via an isolator element, according to the preamble of claim 1. In order to reduce the needed handling time in assembling of the aforesaid parts, but to fulfill high performance in fixation of the aforesaid parts, the invention is, that the isolator element is provided at the contact element side with a cupshaped entry pilot, and that the contact element is provided with an opening as complementary counterpart for mechanical reception of the entry pilot from its open side of the cupshaped section, and that a locking plug, insertable from the open side into the entry pilot, secures the mechanical fixation of the of the contact element on the isolator element.

An improved relay terminal (26) comprises a single piece of sheet metal having an elongated portion bent along one or both elongated edges thereof to define a flanged connecting pin (40) and embossed to form a plurality of protuberances (44) in a body portion (48) for securing the terminal in an appropriate receptacle (60) formed in a relay base (10). The terminal (26) may also include a spring portion (26b) and a bearing portion (26a) for receiving force from a moving armature (22).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schaltgerät mit einer Schaltkammer (1), in welcher ein fest positioniertes Schaltstück (2) gegenüber liegend zu einem beweglichen Schaltstück (3) angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das fest positionierte Schaltstück (2) auf einem Kunststoffträgerteil (4) aufgesteckt ist und diese Bauteilkombination aus fest positioniertem Schaltstück (2) und Kunststoffträgerteil (4) als wechselbare Schaltstückbaugruppe ausgebildet ist.

A mechanical switching device (1) comprising a base member (3), at least one pair of elongated conductor members (5) mounted on the base member, each conductor member comprising a conductor end (7), wherein the conductor ends of the pair of conductor members are separated by a gap (9), a middle member (11) mounted on the base member, a switch member (13) adapted to establish and disestablish an electrical connection between the conductor ends of the pair of conductor members. Each of the conductor members comprises an opening (50) in which a respective protruding part (52) is received. The protruding parts are provided on and extend from the middle member so that the conductor members are electrically isolated and protected from the surrounding environment around the device.

A detachable connecting device for vacuum tap changers (10) for electrical transformers, of the type suitable to constitute at least a fixed contact (12), which is positioned on a tap changer (10) rod-shaped body (11) associated with drive actuators means (13) acting on supports (15) containing mobile contacts set to a reference voltage and sliding on fixed contacts (12); in particular, the detachable connecting device comprises a pin (23) on which is preassembled an elastic element kept in position by a peg (24) placed orthogonally to the walls of the pin (23). The pin (23), inserted into a shaped bush (29) which is inserted, in turn, in a respective opening of the rod-shaped body (11) of the tap changer (10), is pushed beyond the thickness of the aforesaid rod-shaped body (11) and rotated in any direction, in such a way to bring the peg (24) within a seat (39) provided on a surface of the bush (29).
