摘要: The present invention relates to methods of diagnosis or detection of Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus comprising determining the presence of at least one nucleic acid or protein of said virus or antibodies thereto, in a biological sample. The invention also relates to the various diagnostic agents or compositions derived from the viral nucleic acids or proteins, in particular nucleic acid primers and probes, antigens and antibodies, and their use for the diagnosis of Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus infection and associated disease. The final product is a "a novel ELISA" (Rec-ELISA) using recombinant full-length S-segment and Mucin-like domain of M-segment of CCHFV that detects anti-CCHFV IgG antibody with high sensitivity and specificity.

摘要: The invention is based on a UV-Vis spectrophotometric method, which is developed to diagnose phenylketonuria (PKU). The method is able to measure the amount of phenylalanine in blood samples in short periods of time with ease to follow-up. In the method of the invention, a yellow colored complex is formed with trans-cinnamic acid and FeCl3 solution, and the absorbance value of this complex is measured with a spectrophotometric device.
