摘要： A cosmetic composition comprising a ferment from a fermentation mixture comprising at least one prebiotic active ingredient, a structured water component, and at least one probiotic microorganism is disclosed. The ferment may further comprise at least one cosmetic active ingredient. A method of increasing collagen production of the skin by applying the cosmetic composition is also disclosed.
