Abstract: The present invention relates to a medical nasal device for administrating a continuous stabilized flow oxygen supply to an infant or a toddler comprising (a) a horizontal hollow tube has two nasal prongs; (b) a cuff/balloon; (c) a small filing tube; d) Safety valve attached to the end of the filling tube and acts as a one way valve and the air syringe is connected to it, wherein the said device is fixed easily without injuries or any damage wherein the prongs do not touch neither the septum nor the lateral aspects. It provides an adequate sealing without any leak.
